    This is a new hotel located within walking distance to the beach. Well appointed rooms, great complimentary breakfast, valet parking at a cost that is mandatory but the best part is they will shuttle you around the area for free, I believe within about a 1.5 mile radius. Luis is amazing at the desk greeted us each time we arrived or upon departure wished us a good evening. Valet, housekeeping the entire staff outgoing and always asking if there was anything they could do to make stay more enjoyable. Top notch Marriott!! My boyfriend loves that Marriott has Netflix so he can log into his account and finish watching a show that’s just an added bonus when staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites! ... More

    I loved our stay here....those five star reviews were right on. We were skeptical about the location, but loved it. When we drove in we were greeted by Bryce at valet parking. Bryce sets the tone, he is outgoing, friendly, fun and welcoming. He acknowledged us each time we came and went. Alexis at the front desk was also friendly and quite helpful answering all of our many questions. The staff is A+ all the way around! It is a very well run hotel. Our rooms were clean and lovely, therefore their housekeeping is on point. The breakfast room overlooks the Marina and is such a pleasant way to start your day with their complimentary breakfast. It was a typical continental breakfast, but they had a little twist on the presentation, and each day was a little different. North beach is only a few short blocks with 3 access points. It was quiet and pleasant...exactly what we enjoy. Beach dining and the pier are a short walk or a text away to use the hotel shuttle. I might add, however, I enjoy walking. Don't forget to take a trip on the Jolly Trolley...it is reasonable and takes you to Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. Clearwater Beach is our favorite!!! Can't wait to return!... More

    I had training in Tampa, and was so glad to find this sweet hotel in Clearwater Beach. The staff there is amazing. When I got to my room, my bathtub would not work. I went to the desk and Luis had Christy come up to the room with me to help me. It was messed up, so they moved me to another room, but before they put me in there, Christy went in first to make sure the tub was ok. Every time I saw Christy, she was so friendly and went out of her way to speak to me. The breakfast was great, omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bagles, yogurt, fruit. It was not crowded at all. I did not get to use the golf cart to the shops and restaurants, but I am planning on coming back and staying here when I can enjoy it. Highly recommend.... More

    We had 3 rooms. All 3 rooms were very nice, newly updated, clean with good beds and nice pillows. The breakfast is good and the coffee is great. Parking is expensive, but they offer a shuttle that will take you almost to the pier beach area. Carlos the shuttle driver is very friendly and helpful when looking for specific things in the area.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.
