    The service level and staff is doing commendable job here. The only thing I liked about this property and this is the most important thing when you are at foreign location. The photos on web everywhere are misleading as the property surrounded by other properties and not the green meadows. Probably the property is going through Renovation and Cleanliness was real issue during my stay. The restaurant downstairs seriously requires a up lifting in terms of look and ambiance. The food was good. Getting sound sleep is little problem as the place is very noisy and they don't have airtight windows.... More

    Wonderful with prompt service

    We stayed at Bellmount Resorts for three nights after we were denied check in by Snow Forest Resort. Initially we were sceptical about this hotel but after three days of stay I can tell with conviction that it is a wonderful hotel with a trained and prompt staff. The hotel is located on NH. We were given room on third floor with a balcony. It had view of an old church. The rooms were spacious and airy. Although we had paid for an ac room initially for snow forest resort but here we were allotted non ac room and we never felt the requirement of an ac. The staff is cheerful and prompt. The hotel has a restaurant which though has limited menu but very reasonable and quick. We never had to ask for anything. If they felt it that we require it it was there in our room. The hotel is partially under renovation and I am very sure it will become better than before. If you don't have any issue staying near the town with some, little, noise from traffic this hotel is for you. O ly thing which they need to improve slightly is general cleanliness although we never faced any such issue but they can improve it further. Overall a wonderful hotel where we enjoyed. ... More

    This is a budget hotel and was booked for us as part of a package. The staff were friendly but the room wasn't clean and was very, very damp. There was an issue with the plumbing which meant there was only boiling hot water - it did get fixed on the third attempt. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which meant the floor we stayed on everything had a fine layer of dust on and there was building work / banging over the stay. The breakfast that was included is a buffet and is okay. If the rooms were cleaner and the building work is finished, this hotel would be a good budget option. ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
