Perfect for short stay
on Mar 18, 2018
The hotel apartments are in a remote part of the city, 10 mins drive from the airport. We paid 320 rupies to get there with a taxi.
The place is hidden in a new apartment block - the building works still not finished yet.
The room has a nice big space, with a clean and comfortable bathroom. TV is available - but couldn't figure out how to make it work😀
Sunil, our host was very helpful as we arrived after midnight as our flight was delayed.
Next day he served a nice breakfast in our room (nothing fancy, but clean and enough) and also he helped us to organise a taxi for our next step on our trip.
The surroundings of the apartments are not too impressive: building site and the motorway very close.
Funny as you can see the runway of the airport and you can watch the planes take off.
The room costs ~£25-30 / night depends where do you book it.
Recommended for short stay before or after flight. For backpackers, couples perfect. The apartments are on the third floor but elevator is in place and there are the steps, too.

Booked one night at the bellanzo as we were flying the next day- has good location relative to the airport. Comfortable rooms, Sunil was very helpful and made our stay comfortable for myself and my family. Facilities were good and rooms were spacious. Sunil arranged transport for us as well to the airport which was helpful and was contactable at all times. Thanks

Very luxurious, near to the Airport, hotel. You have a Personal room service who carries for everything. The Breakfast is very nice and the bathroom very clean. Also the room and bed is clean and so comfortable. its not that cheap, but for the near to Airport really ok. you dont have just the room but also a big room in front of the bedroom (kind of living room) where you can enjoy, eat and even watch tv. also a big balcony where you can enjoy the sun or smoke. But the mosquito nets are just at the upper part of the balcony railing, but at the rooms you wont find mosquitos. very nice and recommendable!

Very near to the Dabolim airport. We stayed with our three young children and the spacious layout was outstanding. The room is huge with all functions you need. Bedrooms and living rooms are commodious. Kitchen is very good with kitchenware, microwave and mixer/blender. It is like staying at home. Great for family. Very helpful and friendly staff. Stay was remarkable with all the help from Groceries to tour arrangements by caretaker Mr.Sunil. Cleanliness is impeccable. Definitely will stay again.
Clean and cheap, good for one night

We chose to stay here because we arrived in Goa late at night, and wanted a cheap, clean place to overnight before heading to our resort the next morning. It was a way to save a couple hundred dollars because we chose a pricey resort.
The setting: You are 5-10 minutes and 200rupees by taxi from the airport. The taxi desk at GOI airport will easily find a taxi for you, but the driver may not be too happy with such a small fare. As you exit the airport, onto a highway, you make your first u-turn, and drive past the airport. Shortly after the airport there will be a commercial plaza with a Domino’s Pizza (on your right hand side). The exit to the apartment complex is on your left hand side, just past the Domino’s. Your taxi driver can always ask for directions from people passing by. The complex of buildings is a gated and Bellanzo has an office on the ground floor after the gate/security. As we arrived late, the telephone for the Bellanzo office was not picking up, and the office was dark when we pulled in, around 8:30pm. However, the Bellanzo rep, Sunil, appeared just as I began to get anxious. Bellanzo should provide the mobile number of the night staff if they close their office, so that people arriving late could contact the office for directions and information.
The room: I was first taken up to a suite with two bedrooms off a shared common space. This is not stated anywhere in the advertisement for this serviced apartment. I was under the impression I was booking a unit that did not require sharing any common spaces with strangers. The room we were assigned had two double beds. I immediately showed Sunil our confirmation for a room with a king-size bed, and we were taken to the second high-rise building, with a similar set up, two bedrooms off a shared living room. Our bedroom locked, in case there were guests in the other bedroom. It turned out, we were led to the wrong room first because the second bedroom was already occupied in that suite and it would have been easier for Sunil to manage both sets of guests in the same suite. The suite was stiflingly hot, as A/C is not in use when the rooms are empty. The place also smelled strongly of moth balls (naphthalene); this was used a roach deterrent. The A/C cooled my room down within 3-60 minutes. The room had a spacious bed, a flat panel TV with foreign channels (BBC and CNN international versions), a safe, an electric kettle and an unused and empty mini-fridge. There were two complimentary bottles of water. Wi-Fi was free and had decent speed. The bathroom was non-descript. The water pressure in the shower was decent. As the A/C seemed a bit weak, I turned on the ceiling fan, and that caused the circuit breakers to short circuit. Basically, it was the A/C or the fan and not both. Sunil claimed this was the first time the power went out like it did.
The food: Sunil was helpful in ordering food and drink for dinner, although his prices very much exceeded the prices in the menus, which were in a binder, in the room. I would have happily tipped Sunil for his service, but felt there was no reason to as we were overcharged for the shrimp biryani we ordered. In the morning, Sunil arrived with a thermos with coffee and a plate of scrambled eggs with toast and butter/jam.
All in all, this was an affordable overnight near the airport, exactly what we were looking for. Bellanzo must include the mobile phone for its afterhours staff. Taxi drivers are familiar with the general area, but not this new complex of high-rise residential buildings. I was glad to have printed out arrival information with my vouchers, otherwise finding the place would have been more difficult. Sunil was very nice and helpful, and arranged an affordable taxi to take us to see Goa Velha and a few other places. We saved major money by overnighting here and heading to our resort the next morning.
