    This hotel is just walkable distance from Chennai Central. Individual WiFi in every room. Shampoo and shower jel with hand wash in separate dispenser. Cooling perfect. Bathroom is also very good. Card Lock. Hotel provide complement Bislery and Breakfast with superior room only. Resurgent food is also affordable and excellent. Only critical point of hotel is that there is railway line behind the hotel and local train was running on them and you can feel disturbed from their sound. The Hotel in Chennai is now closed. ...     The rooms are good but time to do some repairs. Early morning train noise disturbs our sleep. They have resturant at the ground floor and the food was nice. Front office staff was very helpfull and they booked us UBER/OLA for our shopping.... More

    Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel location is very close to Chennai Central railway station. The rooms are good but aging. Need attention for interiors. Breakfast served was good and had good varieties. The one drawback of the hotel is that the railway tracks are very near at the back side of hotel. Noise of passing trains are disturbing. Staff is also not very comfortable with English language. A good hotel for business travelers.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
