    To say the staff were helpful is a huge understatment! Mr Singh went out of his way to give us transport suggestions and great food choices making things alot easier for us navigating bustling ND. We are a couple, budget travellers, a double room here is bout the same cost for us to stay in a hostel so this is a great budget option if u want privacy at hostel prices. The location is walking distance to hazrat Nizamuddin station and the old delhi attractions like Humayun's tomb. Restaurant options also close on hospital road just as the staff ... More

    I stayed at this hotel as my train was late. Hotel location was good and near to nizzamudin railway station. All malls were nearby to it so i just put my luggage here and went for shopping. Rooms were all good and service was fine.... More

    Manager was extremely helpful, but room wasn't great

    We could not fault the service and help we received from the manager at the hotel. As tourists struggling to get money from an ATM, the manager made sure we had the change we needed to get around. It was a shame the room wasn't the cleanest and after asking them to clean the room as some little flies hatched in the bathroom, to find they were still there after it had been 'cleaned' was disappointing. The bedsheets had holes in them and the shower in our room wasn't great either, it was ok if you liked luke-warm showers. It's worth bearing in mind that this is a budget hotel for Delhi and is in a good location near to the Metro and Station. I'm also giving it 4* for the help and service offered by the manager. ...   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
