    Worst Hotel in Shimla - AWFUL EXPERIENCE

    We reached shimla in the evening and checked in with a "package" for room and car service for next day paying extra. The room had no Room service. the linens were not clean. No water in the bathrooms. The car which we got in the package and being told it will be given to us for whole day was not true. the car driver took us to kufri to two places where we had to pay and get inside. when we denied that and told him to the route us and take us to other places he denied. Along with that he told us we to share car with had another couple, which when we denied he started fighting. So we asked him to drop us back to shimla as our day was already spoiled.... More

    Its really a terrible resort. Rooms are cheap and very poorly maintained. Hotel management is worst, they dont even care for the people coming from outside that they are living here by paying. Bedsheets are like not washed since long. Worst resort to stay.... More

    Poor location not fit for old people and group with children. Poor service and rude staff. Food is also of average taste with less quantity. Basic amenities is missing like toiletries. In short please avoid staying in this hotel.... More

    This isnt a resort first of all..its just a small house..it has no heater facility and it has staff which have a very bad character. No food facility no parking facility no tv..its like hell in this place..the boy at the counter has a very bad character..plus the things they mentioned are not seen in the so called hotel..unsafe place for girls..please do not visit this place..its a terrible place...     I stayed here three nights... the hotel is very old, it might have been better in the past but now it is overpriced and not well kept. I didn't find clean sheets and I had to ask for a change. The blanket had a bad smell. Not very clean, no proper shower (you should use buckets), no wi-fi. Only good point is the location, 10 minutes walking from central mall road, but there are many others hotel in central shimla, and they are probably better than this one.... stay here only in emergency....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
