    Comfortable stay and good value for money

    My wife and I spent the last four nights of our one-week stay in Mumbai at this hotel from 10.12.17, that we had booked originally for one week. The hotel had a large extended booking to accommodate wedding and their guests. However, when we arrived, the hotel apologised for the inconvenience and arranged transfer to another hotel and return. Mr Ashfaq handled the transfer and ensured our return to the hotel was smooth and during our stay. Our sincere thanks to him. The room we were allocated was on sixth floor, free from external noise, well furnished, A/C and ceiling fan, well equipped bathroom with 24hr supply of hot water. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The housekeeping was very good, room cleaned daily, filtered water replaced, bathroom towels changed. Excellent breakfast buffet style consisted of cereal, boiled eggs, omelette, and South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Vada, tea, coffee and fruits. The hotel provides free internet/wifi and daily password is required, valid for 24 hrs. The hotel is off the busy noisy main road and once you are in the courtyard of the hotel, the noise diminishes. The hotel has staffed 24-hour security. Bombay Central station is walking distance, as is shopping mall, all other amenities including veg/non-veg eateries. The reception staff were very courteous and helpful as were the other service staff. We liked the hotel, location, value for money, service and a comfortable stay. The hotel is extremely busy mainly used by nationals, business peoples and foreign guests. We would certainly stay at this hotel on our future visit and would recommend it.... More

    Had a one night booking cheked in late night juat wanted to sleep but couldnt sleep it at all. Hotel doesnt value for money i paid. Only lobby looks better rooms are just average. Bathroom and amenities in rooms are too old like 80s. Blanket were smelling and itching. Pillow were like rock couldnt sleep at all. A.c. switch were not working only one plug point were working other was not working. Breakfast below average. I dont recommend this for comfort stay... More

    I could not get room service, in-spite of repeated reminders. Even after complaining to reception desk. My CitiBank credit card was refused for room tariff, as there was something wrong with the POS machine. I had to run to the nearest ATM to get cash. Overview

City-centric, this well-designed hotel is maintained with 84 rooms, all air-conditioned and maintained with hi-end amenities. Guests can savour on Mogalai, Chinese and South-Indian food, which is served at the 24hours, in-house restaurant. There are four banquet venues to accommodate up to 300 people.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
