    The Hotel is of budget type (if one could get good discount) and located at a very good location. The only limitation is the food which they bring from outside on order and for which they don't provide any bill. Also they don't promote card payment and may force you to pay by cash at last moment.... More

    Hotel location is good very near to main road can be approached easily. Parking is there but for only 4-5 vehicles. staff is cooperative. need to improve room service. rooms size is little bit small. Complimentary breakfast provided. wifi speed is very low... More

    This hotel was an absolute dump,the pictures on the hotel website must bare no resemblance to what we seen. The room was in need of a good paint and clean,bed linen was worn and stained. Breakfast was not fit for a dog. Stairways blocked by mattresses and other objects. Damp patches on walls and we had to share with a lizard.... More

    Was here to attend Satte exhibition prefer patel nagar over karol bagh due to less traffic. stayed here for 3 nights Rooms are quite small on last day i requested to extend 1 extra night on triple sharing which was done with help of morning staff who u gave me a bigger room as night staff was least helpful to any query asked breakfast served in the room as no restaurant...     I had booked through MMT, the room allocated to us was very small. M sure they must have kept a small rooms for MMT/Goibibo bookings. Room was very small, no toiletry was provided initially. It came after few calls. Even water was provided after many calls. No menu card was available, it also came after few follow ups. Response from reception was upto the mark. Continuous water flow sound was coming from washroom which was irritating. Food was costly and definitely not value for money. Also there is not wifi signal on second floor. My stay didnt go as per expectations. Much better can be done.... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
