    Staying and staff

    We stayed there for a long time. Food quality good enough, staff is okay not professional enough. They take their guests very lightly with no seriousness. No respect. The manager is soo unprofessional. He doesn't deserve to be working at any hotel as a staff. He has embarrassed and insulted us. Unfortunately we had to leave due to him. The owner is a very fine man but staff out there. Ain't got no comments. Internet doesn't work, guards are unprofessional, workers are sitting in rooms watching tv while guests are passing through.. 2 waiters (sheru and dhanlal) who are in the morning are very nice and they make you feel home. 2 waiters in the night debu and kamal. such nice boys they are.. Hotel is good but the manager who is in the morning is so bad that I would have just slapped him they way he behaved till we stayed. Ever since then I have never visited the lodge and will never in my life.... More

    Very recently I visited Delhi for some official work and some of my friends advised me to stay here. I stayed here from 2nd July to 9th July 17. This is too gorgeous and homely property with very good service. The location is just outstanding in Bhikaji cams place which is the center of Delhi. I can reach any corner of Delhi with taxi bus or metro. All central government offices are close by. The rooms are spacious and good with decent bath. Good room service and house keeping. Food very good and a very generous complimentary breakfast having a wonderful menu. Furnitures in the room looks like antique pieces. Very good fleet of cars for airport or railway stn drop-in. Wonderful staffs looks after well. But at time order for dinner is not communicated to kitchen staff due to change of shift. I will still recommend this property. ... More

    Unprofessional behaviour by staff...

    They are not serious about any guest and behaviour was so unprofessional and don't care about customers service at all. We were 3 and when tried to enter the hotel, guard stopped us and said that we can not enter into the hotel as we were in shorts so he might thought that we do not have sufficient money to pay the bill but how could he decide this by our appearance. However, after a few discussions when I forced him to let me meet the manger or receptionist he let me go inside but receptionist also reacted the same. I would request everyone to please do not stay in this 3rd class lodge. There are many better options available nearby.... More

    comfortably close to everything

    My room was on the 4th floor (no elevator though, but I guess it helped me lose some weight, haha) and has 2 beds with a spacious bathroom. It was close to the markets, malls, school, catholic church, etc. hence we walk our way sometimes but auto rickshaw were also always available. The room was air conditioned, with cable tv, refrigerator, percolator and hair blower (mine was missing though). The wifi was pretty fast at the hotel, both from my room and in the lounge. My room was facing the street so it could be really noisy at times when the Indians go honking honking on the streets. They have a cafe/food lounge downstairs where they serve buffet for breakfast and you could also order food for lunch and dinner. All of the staff were very friendly and bottled water is free. They clean my room and change the sheets and towels daily.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
