    Nice hotel at a nice location however lacking maintenance

    The hotel is situated at stone throw distance from the famous Puri beach - literally - its hardly 50m away and offers unobstructed view of the sea which is awesome. The rooms are spacious however they lack maintenance. The hotel deserves 4 star rating had it not been for the maintenance. I think they ought to improvise on this.... More

    Decent hotel in needing maintenance

    I visited Puri and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It's a little away from main area (swargdwar) and a vehicle will be required. It is right in front of the beach, beach is quite clean with very less crowd. Rooms are big and have the basic amenities such as tv, fridge, WiFi etc. There is a restaurant in basement which is decent. Some of the issues I encountered were problems with lift. I went to this place with my elderly parents, our rooms were on third floor and each time we wanted to go out, the lift wouldn't work. Sometimes someone had kept the lift door open (it's a manual lift with grill doors) and at other times, the lift was not working. This was a great inconvenience. The door bell to our room was not working and it did not work even when we were leaving after 2 nights stay. The soap dispenser did not work either and instead kept leaking. The intercoms are probably 20 years old and they work in a random manner. A few things which should be given at the time of entry needed to be asked for. Like fridge was locked. Or Wi-Fi password needed to be asked (WiFi was anyway weak). Otherwise service was prompt and the staff did their best to help the customers. ... More

    Awesome stay at Puri Sea Beach

    The stay in the hotel was really great. The staffs were very co-operative and the rooms were very neat and also the house keeping staffs are very active and they used to clean the room everyday. Also the hotel was located away from the city crowd and the beach was just in front of the hotel. We had an awesome time with the family and I would love to visit the same hotel if I go to Puri next time.... More

    Thank you for the excellent service.We stay there on 22nd sep'2017-24th sep'2017.It was really excellent experience.The view from room was superb..my son really loved it. Food was very tasty. Everything went so very well and it was my husbands birthday.I have requested for slight room decor with balloon and flower.When we were back from mandir the room was so well decorated under the guidance of Ms.Sandhya.Special thanks to you Ms. Sandhya for the warm stay. thank you... Overview

Located about 5 km form the Puri Railway Station, BALAJI INTERNATIONAL (Berries Group Of Hotels) is just 4 km from Shree Jagannath Temple and 0.1 Km from Puri Beach. The guests are provided with free WI-Fi connectivity and breakfast at a surcharge. This hotel has 20 spacious rooms spread across two floors.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
