    Check in was fast and friendly. Room is an odd mix of art, antiques and old tech (1980’s tv) I was cold much of the night and the big house has a mournful aspect to it (I’ve stayed in old houses before and some ambiences suit me better than others) so much so that I wanted to change for a business style hotel. Breakfast was very poor and I ate because I was hungry. In the room there is a customer service laminated card that admonishes guests a series of ‘do nots’, managing expectations upfront with even the odd reminder that the hotel (evidently) has no pool. Sink in bathroom no water. Doors have sliding bolts and keys have big bells attached. Staff decorating outside room didn’t seem to think they might be annoying guest??? It wasn’t terrible but I didn’t want to stay longer. Oh and in my room I had the delights of pigeons scurrying across the roof (redolent of the scene in the exorcist when the presence of the poltergeist is first heard) Final thing: if you arrive at Jaipur station MAKE SURE you have a taxi organised beforehand- it’s incredibly intimidating to be surrounded by a bunch of touts-some even followed me along the platform:creepy!!!...     Aesthecitally traditional and beautiful hotel which has been proudly renovated by the family. Vijay and his sons are extremely helpful and go to great lengths to put the guest first. Hotel welcomes unmarried couples with ID with no judgement at all. I went for one week and stayed for two! I will go back for sure.... More

    Top experience at budget price, the owner and the rest of the staff were always kind, helpful and very well mannered. The hotel decoration was one of the main things that made me ,as a foreigner, choose this hotel. Food was perfect and really cheap, and you can eat at a common lobby to each floor or enjoy it at the rooftop. To the owner, thank you for your kindness and warm welcome, you really made us feel like home. Regards from Portugal!... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
