    Basic place to stay

    Stayed for a night at twin room. The room are actually clean and the shower not really hot. The bed was very very old and the covers and sheets looked unwashed and filthy. But i was prepared with that problem (had read the reviews before booked a room). Free hot and cold drinking water was supplied in the common area. TV works well. No elevator. Clean bathroom and narrow. Overall the hotel was just okey..... More

    First of all. I didn't choose to stay in this hotel. It was arranged by my office. It's a work trip. Pictures display in their website were too good to be true. Location wise, I must say, they're okay, near to the place I wanted to go, near to eating place and not so far from the highway, since I drove my own car here. Staff were okay throughout the stay. Ok, now the room part. Smelly like they never changed or washed anything in the room at all. Bathroom door was broken, water pressure was low, noisy water pipe. No mini fridge, no kettle, just some shared water heaters that has malfunctioned in some floor. My clothes smelled musty after sleeping under their blanket. Hallway was dark as a cave. The ceiling even fell on the floor due to water leakage. Dangerous! Wifi connection sucks. Ample & free parking spots. That's all.... More

    hi. im a solo traveller. i arrived at 700 pm. immediately i got a room.it has no windows. but the tv was so bad. cant see any image. i asked for a change. they gave me another room. in different block. the tv was better. but got blood stain on my bed sheet. too lazy to complain. no wifi except lobby. i check out next morning. cant take it anymore....     Bad service and poor attitude of staff

    On October 20, 2013 we had booked a hotel room for the family, when we get into the room, the room was very dirty, the bathroom is very narrow and no towels provided. we call the customer service counter to let the matter but working out that there is no housekeeping service at night. this happened again on October 27, 2013 when we checked in the room and found no towels and even less clean room and the equipment is not satisfactory. things like this should not happen and the display on the internet site is not shown. Frankly it is to obscure the eyes of customers alone. Customers feel deceived by the pictures shown and also employee friendly attitude and not easy to help.... More

    BAD!! Customer Service & Cheat on payment!!!

    This hotel is the worst hotel ever I came across!!! I booked this hotel for a night stay. The person in charge have coated me the price for the rooms(10+2) that I wanted with 10% discount and a agreement for the bus driver and myself tour leadeam-r tow single rooms free. There was no any other charges was mentioned. As I saw the rooms in the internet was ok and I ask her whether the rooms are clean and good condition. She said all are clean and good. I paid RM 200 deposit for the rooms. When I was there with my group giving room keys at the reception and start passing the stairs to the rooms it was dirty. When my people was in their room I receive a call from one of them saying that the bed is dirty and smelly. When I went to the room it was horrible and went to see all the rooms. All was the same. I made a complain to the person in-charge, she said the housekeeping only works from 9am-5pm. That is ridiculous, and that is not my problem, the room should have kept clean even before we came in. Futhermore she told me to clean n tidy the bed by myself!! Is this the way you treat your customer??? They also cheated my refund money. I even complained to the manager of the hotel, he took it so lightly and refuse to pay my refund!! No action is taken until today!! This is just terrible way to treat your customers!!!... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
