    I visit Avion hotel once every 6 months. It is situated in the main city of Lonavala and very close to station. It is an ideal place for business brainstorming meetings. It has a nice swimming pool, open air and garden surrounds the hotel. The food is also really good which is a bonus! Rooms here are huge. And service is great.... More

The staff are very co-operative and friendly as we reached from delhi at 5.00 am but our check-in was from 11.00 am but the manager was very kind to adjust our timings and also the breakfast.... More

    Average property with city centre location. Best food quality and service. Food felt like home food. No much variety in cuisine but felt satisfied. Electronics appliances old so bit of inefficient. Rooms maintained well bt no view at all. Complementary toileteries is mentioned but you need to ask for it. Prompt service on call, sometime was bit late. Small property can't roam much in the hotel. Swimming pool small. Reception follows strict rules and do not consider ur situation, even if rooms are empty so check out is strictly by time. I was travelling with infant child so requested to extend by 2hrs so that i can have lunch and then leave property, but request was rejected and we had to keep luggage in conference rooms. No locker rooms. No responsibilty by management in loss of luggage and valuables within the property, just a note to take precautions. Only food best. Property overpriced compared to others which provide better amenities. ... More

    We booked this hotel at the last minute and we're not disappointed with our decision the rooms were nice big clean with a nice balcony. The bathrooms need a bit attention and so do the towels. The price was reasonable given the peak season and the location is best. Given that it is situated centrally it is suprisingly quiet and peaceful. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. But overall found the hotel to be a good choice. It has a swimming pool and kids play area but they are pretty normal and nothing extravagant. Overview

Conveniently positioned opposite the main fly-over junction, this 3 Star getaway is a good value-for-money stay option. Guests can check-in to any of its 53 rooms at 10 a.m. Amid the coconut grooves, guests can relax by taking a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, which is maintained with canopy-shaped sun loungers. There is also a children's play area that is maintained with swings. Next to the pool is Gazebo - an open-air restaurant with multi-cuisine, buffet spread.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
