Mr. Amey and team are the best. Had a wonderful stay. Mr. Amey made sure all our expectations were met without any hesitation and promptly. I definitely recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a grt holiday in Goa. Thank you Mr. Amey

A terrible choice if you book this hotel. They charge you Rs 3500 for a room in their villa which has a bathtub! Well it’s so unclean that I was scared to even put my feet in it! The premium room was even better... fan didn’t work, tv didn’t work, no hot water and worst of all, the rooms have glass doors with thin curtains which invades your privacy! The bed sheets had stains. When you complain to the manager of the place, he has enough and more excuses. I would love to stay in a place that provides basic lodging but this is not even close. The manager complains that his guests are never happy and they demand since he hey paid.... well ya it’s their hard earned money! Well if you cannot be customer centric don’t choose hospitality as a career!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Booked for 4 days, and by day 2 I've been given 3 rooms, due to unfixable faults
Room 1: dirty and uninhabitable. Offered upgrade that I would have to pay for. I refused to pay anything. When I asked for money back I was given a new room
Room 2. Clean but electrical fault every 2 hours, no hot water
Room 3. Tepid water, but TV not working and AC not blowing cool air regardless of what setting.
Everytime I raised issues, I felt I was politely told what they think I wanted to hear..."we will fix it whilst you're away" only to return to find nothing had changed. I dealt mainly with John and the hotel manager Samir
When I ask for a partial refund, this spurs them into action, room upgrade, water fixed, no more electrical faults, TV repaired within 30 minutes.
You are recommended to hand your key in when you leave however they will only clean your room if you remember to ask them.
For my entire stay I was given two small bottles of water- previous hotel it was 2 per day. I opted for breakfast to be included. The choices are bread, egg made like an omelette, and mixed fruit; for drinks:Sachet coffee or tea.
Wifi advertised as being available thru the hotel, not the case. Mainly in reception it worked but 10 metres from there it became intermittent and the final 2 days, no wifi connection at all.
Final day thinking nothing else could go wrong, however room cleaned but no towels available, told they're with laundry which will arrive in an hour.
Only good thing was it's location: a few mins to the beach, and on a quiet street.
This hotel just wants your money and doesn't care for the customers comfort or basic standard. Avoid

I booked delux room for 3 days from OYO in october end. Room was very small. Toilet seat was broken. They gave only one water bottle for whole stay. Geyser was not available. Food was as costly as it was a 5 star hotel. They don't provide room service for food. TV was as small as 1950s tv. This hotel was far from beach and one cannot walk as street lights are not available from beach main road to this hotel. Staying here was a very bad experience. I will never book any hotel from OYO.

It was a great stay with a brilliant host. Must visit. It was a good property with clean environment. Great food and quick service. Very close the beach and the staff is always eager to help. You need to ask once.
