    Pathetic Cheater Hotel

    We booked three rooms of similar sizes and class through cheater OYO. On the day of check-in the hotel reception guy provided us 3 pathetic rooms. Two dirty rooms were too small with pillar besides beds (i.e. Room No. 301 and 304) and one dirty room comparatively bigger (i.e. Room No. 204) even after advance payment of the tariff to cheater OYO for the similar rooms. On the day of check-in we requested hotel reception guy but he was too arrogant and rude and has not provided us the rooms for which we have paid advance tariff amount to cheater OYO. // At the time of check-in contacted OYO support over phone they kept us on hold for almost more than half an hr and then disconnected call. // since we were on family holiday for enjoy the trip, we somehow adjusted in the rooms provided by hotel staff for 3 days.// Hotel gyeser were not working, breakfast was pathetic, services was poor. // While summarizing my experience, they both (Hotel Auckland and OYO) are big cheater and making fool the customers.BIG NO to Cheater OYO and cheater Hotel Auckland....     We visited here for the leisure purpose, and stayed in this hotel for 2 days, I must say the hotel is quite ok ok. Rooms are cleaned well but geyser is not working properly and that disappoints me a lot. Although the staff is quite friendly and location is good.... More

    Worst decision ever to book this hotel

    Worst hotel ever. There were used towels in the bathroom. Geyser is on for last 1 hour and no hot water yet. Staff is rude af.Supposedly white Blanket is yellowish with black patches. The landline doesn't work so you have to call reception veery time from mobile phone if you need anything. Most importantly rooms are too small for even two people to be comfortable. Only food tastes better. Only one soap was provided to supposedly be used for handwash and bathing. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Only one cloth hanger in the closet. Worst experience till date. I saw good reviews so booked this hotel via OYO. Regretting hella lot. All these reviews same fake now. And did I mention the staff is rude af!... More

    The one and only good point -location. For the price I was expecting more. We were taken to our room down a hallway which was being painted at the time. Entering the room it was immediately obvious that the whole hotel needs a serious refurb. All the furniture and walls are marked or scratched and the windows have paint on. We then noticed the toilet cistern leaked onto the floor when we flushed it. In the evening and night a room down the hall were loud as if they were arguing which was amplified as the walls seem to hold in any noise. We asked in the morning at reception if we could ask them to help with the noise if it were to happen again but he simply didn't really seem to care. Another night we found a cockroach at the door of the bed. Night before leaving we were given the bill and I was expected to pay cash as they have no card machine. They tried an app to pay through but it didn't work which meant I had to find an ATM at night. Just don't bother booking, staff didn't seem to bother with thanking me after paying or when we left....     Budget hotel with good amenities and supportive staff ..

    booked the hotel in the month of Jan from 9 to 12. rooms were good. staff and manager is really supportive. food was really nice. good location and view available. best of all atms are near by and mall road is at stones throw distance. good facilities hot and cold water both were available. though the rooms does not have room heaters but one dont need as the hotel is a built near ridge side which makes it safe besides they provide 2 quilts and a blanket. hotel is really clean. parking is a big problem in Shimla but their is a paid parking just near the hotel. so one dont have to worry about parking. thanks to the hotel staff for their support. do give it a try it is worth every penny. the bathrooms were clean and the food is really tasty and at reasonable price....   1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
