    This hotel is also collaborated with Oyo and it's pathetic. The cleanliness and basic required hygiene won't be able to get here. Service boys were still good at some extent but it's worst when come for a basic stay facility and that's comes with basic requirements of housekeeping. For almost asking for three times for a clean bedsheets and pillow cover, there was no improvements at all. Then it's concluded that there's no trend of fulfilling a basic required thing for a hotel and that's at least a clean bedsheets. There were lots of dust on the floor. The spots over the bedsheets and pillow covers shows clearly from where it come from and how pathetic the management is that they don't feel to at least get it washed properly. And who provides a torn bedsheets. Just avoid being there, it's really not worth at all. The rooms visibility looks a great from distance but as come near bed will feel horrible to see the conditions. Booking made for a twin queen sized bed and with large space which has been placed on the website to fool the patrons but what initially offered was a small single bedded small room then after fighting and arguing they Finally offered at twin bed room which nowhere matched with what has been shown on their website.     The hotel is located on the main road. No problem in finding the way. The area inside isn’t very large. Rooms are small but the staff is friendly and there is no disturbance to the guest. No restaurant available so not really sure about the food. Overall good.... More

    This is totally different than the pics being shown. This is worse hotel to stay. Poor rooms, bad mouthed staff and poor quality of food. Location is on main road but even best rated rooms are very small. No lift, no kitchen. A person of 5.10 or 6 ft height can not take bath in their bathroom as its so small... More

    I booked the Deluxe family room in this hotel for my family guests after checking online photos and confirmed with hotel manager about the location and space inside room. Reality is that location was horrible for a family and there was no space left around bed inside the Deluxe room of this so called "Grand" Hotel. Condition was so pathetic and unbearable that in-spite of night my guest had to leave the hotel within one hour of check-in. No Gulit and no compensation for the problem my guest faced at night. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
