I felt very lucky to stay at this hotel as its been new opened or just renovated. The rooms was small but not tiny. Everything was well adjusted and proportioned according to the space. Its location is ideal as it is on the center of Ginza the shopping district its is quite and at the end of the street. Comfortable bed and pillows as well as new sheets and furniture.

Stayed for 4 nights and while the room is small, it is very clean and modern. Its location is what you want. Walk around two or three blocks and you can find a large variety of different restaurants. For example there is an excellent Spanish restaurant across the street and an Italian around the corner. But the best is the Mitsukosh Ginza Department Store. Only a short walk, where the basement has a wonderful food court where you get anything you want. Also they have a restaurant floor up high which is also very good for Japanese food. Ask for a western menu.Around the corner is the Courtyard by Merriott where most tour buses will collect you for day tripos. Try Denny's western restaurant across the street. The reception is very helpful and will provide a good map. Also if you like a drink, turn left as you exit and over two blocks you will see a discount store, similar to a $2 shop where spirits, wine and beer are the cheapest I've seen anywhere travelling.
Compact, great location

Stayed here for 5 nights. Room is small but compact, as travelling by myself single room not a problem. Out most of the day anyway, so size not important. Very comfortable room, clean, neat and tidy.
I had breakfast included in my rate, and being a frequent visitor to Japan was very satisfied with the selection available. Mostly Japanese options with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausages, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast and bakery items. Good selection of morning beverages.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Easy access to transport, Airport Limousine bus from Narita stops at a hotel 5 minutes walk away. Short walk to Shimbashi station, Yurakcho station, Ginza station giving access to all of Tokyo and beyond.
Would I stay here again? Most definitely!! Would I recommend it? Most definitely!
Sorry I picked this hotel

I booked a long stay (10days). On my arrival they couldn't charge any of my 3 credit cards and there was no other way for paying than cash. So I had to go and change some money. They wouldn't allow me to the room not even to freshen up before going to the money exchange counter. Anyway that was not nice but it has nothing to do with my rating or not everything to do with my rating anyway. By the way, my credit cards worked fine in any other places. They should allow for the possibility to pay with a money transfer or something similar considering that if I hadn't had cash on me I would have been forced to find a hotel room at the last minute.
So this is my review:
LOCATION: it is right in the center of Ginza, which I don't like since it is pretty much like new york's fifth avenue, but if you are in Tokyo for expensive shopping that is your place
ROOM: claustrophobic to say the least. There was not even enough room for me to open the suitcase and unpack. I had to use the bed.
The view from the room was dull: the wall of another hotel. They should at least think of some discounts for people that are assigned that kind of rooms.
The bathroom gave out a weird smell. I had to fill the bathtub with water and pour soap in it to make it smell nice.
You can't leave the air conditioning on since when you go out you bring the keycard with you and then everything switches off. You can't ask for another keycard UNLESS YOU PAY 2000yen which by the way you have to pay if you lose the keycard. I found out only too late that if you put any other cards inside the holder it works.
They give you big bottles of shampoo and showerjel. I don't like those and to me they are unsanitary. They do that in the name of "saving nature" but I always think it is to cut costs since they cost much less than the small samples. Besides if you give the small samples people would be using less soap instead of lots of soap.
WIFI: it is complimentary and it works...most of the times.
Oh one more thing that pissed me off: if you accept to use the "green card" and not change the bedsheets you will be awarded with a bottle of water!!! seriously? All hotels I have been in Japan gave you a bottle of water and complimentary coffee and tea in the room. To me that sounded just like another way to mask cost cuttings as a green-thing. In all hotels I was I played the green card, except in this one! never!
