    After round fifteen hours travelling very tired arrived at the hotel greated by receptionist I said we had a booking looked as if there were not expecting us show them my voucher on my phone after around ten minutes she would have to call the manager so had to wait till he arrived then had to show my voucher again and to email it to them there and then so after around a hour no offer of refreshments while . waiting for our room alot of moving round getting room ready then we were give a opportunity to up grade to a better room which had a balcony for a extra cost which we decided to extra cost for balcony not much of a view TV never worked WiFi only work if you stood at door but worked well in reception no fridge in room large comfy beds nice bathroom. Hotel was quite noisy at time lots of work going on but we went out most days so did not really bother us Hotel was nice clean friendly staff did not speak much English but ok Pool was nice clean fair size not many sunbeds food was good breakfast was toast tea of coffee you had to pay if you want it anything else considering we paid for bed and breakfast told tea toast was complementary so we paid twice for breakfast? Beach ten minutes walk lots of wild life round in field nice lady it the little market just up for hotel some nice place to vist recommend scooter if you dare Ovall we have lovely stay at ashvem inn even let us keep our room on after we missed our flight home just did not what to leave Definitely stay here again hopefully It would be nice to be offered a refreshments after along journey or even a bottle of water in room upon arrival.     A little disappointing

    Arrived here after 15 hour journey, expecting 24 hour reception, was informed by security I would have to wait another 4 hours to check in. I complained and was given my rooms. No rooftop terrace, ground floor room had bars on all windows. Large beds but as single occupants we were only allowed 1 pillow, Only 1 towel per room, bedding only changed once weekly. Inclusive breakfast consisted of 2 slices of toast with 1 small carton of butter & small amount of jam, anything else had to be paid for.The staff spoke very little English. A lot of rubbish was piled up at back of hotel.The wifi did not work at 1st floor level although worked perfectly in ground floor room, reception and restaurant/pool area Positives Air con worked well in both rooms Pool was large and very clean Quiet location Only 10 minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars, shops Rooms were clean Currency exchange at quite favourable rate Allowed to keep both rooms free of charge for our late airport transfer Made very nice cocktails...     Peaceful And Relaxing

    Like many other properties in and around morjim ashvem and Mandrem area, this hotel is a jewel in its own kind, very comfortable, great food, quite location and only 1.5 km from beach. Many east European, russian and foreign national prefer due to this reason. We stayed for 1 day but that day was amazing as overall experience here for a our stay was amazing. Property has in house restaurant, swimming pool, spa coming soon. If you just want to relax and chill this is the best place to stay.... More

    Very nice Hotel! The Hotel is clean inside and out. The staff is exceptionality nice, helpful and very accommodating. It is a full service Hotel with alot of amenities. Their breakfast is fanominal! I didn't eat lunch or dinner there but after their breakfast I would say all their food is great! There are alot shops around the Hotel to shop and/or browse. There is a movie theater and some other restaurants within walking distance. It is like a very small, quaint town in itself. You wouldn't have to go anywhere else if you didn't want to. But there is the Biltmore Estates you could check out if you did want to venture out. I haven't been there yet but I have heard nothing but excellent reviews about it! So enjoy your stay.     Beautiful beach

    Visited Asvem beach for a nice relaxing day. What a gorgeous beach. The sand is so soft and the water is so clear with a sunset to die for. Myself and my husband ended up staying at the Marbella Beach resort on the beach. Lovely to stay and have the beach and sea on your doorstep when you wake up. It was a bit pricey for one night but what a treat. Would definately recommend you visit. ... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
