    Very nice Hotel! The Hotel is clean inside and out. The staff is exceptionality nice, helpful and very accommodating. It is a full service Hotel with alot of amenities. Their breakfast is fanominal! I didn't eat lunch or dinner there but after their breakfast I would say all their food is great! There are alot shops around the Hotel to shop and/or browse. There is a movie theater and some other restaurants within walking distance. It is like a very small, quaint town in itself. You wouldn't have to go anywhere else if you didn't want to. But there is the Biltmore Estates you could check out if you did want to venture out. I haven't been there yet but I have heard nothing but excellent reviews about it! So enjoy your stay.     Visited Asvem beach for a nice relaxing day. What a gorgeous beach. The sand is so soft and the water is so clear with a sunset to die for. Myself and my husband ended up staying at the Marbella Beach resort on the beach. Lovely to stay and have the beach and sea on your doorstep when you wake up. It was a bit pricey for one night but what a treat. Would definately recommend you visit. ... More

    We stayed here for 4 nights. It's a sleepy part of town at this time of year. 10min walk to the beach, and another half hour to get to the bars on Madrim beach. Madrim had more cafe/bar/shop options. It's a 10 min taxi to Arambol. We enjoyed the Indian food here (paneer butter masala and malai kofta with the cheese garlic paratha ftw). We kept coming back for food. The downside was I had a room to myself closest to the gate and someone tapped on my window in the middle of the night so I had a bit of a scare. The security guard then stayed outside my room for the remainder of the stay. ... More

    Great place away from the beach

    We had chosen this place as it seemed peaceful and quiet - and we were right to do so - it was peaceful and quiet. It is just about 5 minutes away from the beach if you walk through the little village - but then you have to walk a few more minutes before you can get down to the beach or 10 minutes if you walk along the road. The rooms were really big - we would not have needed to book 2 rooms which we thought was necessary as booking.com said the beds were 1.35-150 - the beds are gigantic! The AC in my room facing East was loud and not very efficient, so I only used the fan. What we missed a bit was a personal touch - we called it the only hotel on our journey without a soul - there were lots of nice people working there, but there was no personal relationship as in all the other places where we spent a few nights. We also hadn't known that you had to tell the staff if you wanted to have your room cleaned - they did when you told them but it would be nice to know that beforehand! The restaurant on the top floor was good, we had breakfast there and also evening meals.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
