    Very bad room ambience, worst service and staffs are rude and give u their worst. They denied to do anything for u, restricted restaurant timing forced u to have cold food even during normal dinner time. No telephone in room, u cant call staff, no cleanliness inside room even hand towels are not provided. No cupboard in rooms Pl do not take this resort your whole trip will be spoiled... More

    As we reach the resort, were very much impressed with the beautiful stream/waterfall just beside the resort. However thats the only good thing there. The property needs serious maintenance. The swimming pool is a dump yard. The lawn is muddy with full of water. And all across the property its full of green algae due to rainy season. We were allocated garden facing room number 105 and 108. Looks like those rooms were locked for ages. A strong smell of closed room was coming. The room was big but dirty and dusty. No towel or toiletries were provided. There were insects inside the room. We could not use the cup boards since it was full of dust. The bed was ok. One room didn't have hot water. The staffs could not fix that even after complain. There is a terrace view point and found that its a junk yard. The service staffs there were polite to listen. But you cannot ask for each and every basic stuffs of a hotel to them. The food was decent and reasonably priced. The resort is 20km from actual Munnar. So avoid it if you want to experience the Hill Station weather and want to stay amidst Tea Gardens. The stream is very nice and one can bath as well. However the path to there is slippery.... More

    Hi Friends, It's nice resort i stay with family in that resort. it is awesome. having a excellent view, polite staff and co. operative too. nice hospitality. i think it is the best hotel in munnar. foods are very good too. restaurant having a great ambience. all rooms are awesome well maintained property. Bathroom and Toilet are neat and clean condition. I think it is best hotel to stay in munnar. Only thing little far away from munnar but location is very nice nice view in front of the resort nice waterfall is there and also staffs are very coparative they give instruction before moving the waterfall Mr. Antony and Jobin is very nice guys they are maximum trying to guest satisfaction .Few things are not good plug points are damaged and wifi service is very low and around 19 klm far away from munnar town but overall ve enjoyed in my side Highly recommended to everyone to stay there....!!!!... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
