    Bad attitude of the hotel Management - room allotted was stinking of cigarette smell - we were told to live with it as it was "only cigarette smell" We were forced to downgrade the room. After negotiating with MakeMyTrip and Hotel Management, we were provided a dining voucher. Cons: Cleanliness last priority -live cockroach & centipede in the room. -Fungus had grown on the Shower curtain -Unwashed spoons / cups in crockery stand Noisy, Generator sound all night long Bad WiFi No Running hot water Lift Not Working - due to Generator issues Same Menu every day for Break Fast Pros: Staff works hard to make up for the miss / mess in facilities...     With the amenities, one can argue that this is a budget hotel etc. Although at 2500 or more per night the price range does not indicate budget. But showing minimum courtesy to the guests do not cost money. In the room service menu, the dinner time was clearly until 10 pm. We reached the restaurant at 9:33 pm and they simply said dinner time was until 9:30 and denied us food. Even if it was 9:30 one can expect the minimum courtesy to arrange some dinner. Let me point out other pain points of my stay 1. Room was small, dirty (the mat was full of dirt) and shabby 2. Bathroom door was broken 3. By no means, this is a 3-star property 4. Google map location and actual hotel location is different. 5. Actual hotel location is in a secluded dark area beside a canal full of weeds. 6. Blankets and curtains were dirty. So full of dust that I had to take my anti allergy pills. 7. Lift was not working 8. Lobby and reception was so dirty that it was terrible 9. Breakfast was tasteless to me. 10.     We stayed in this hotel with 2kids from 1st to 4th September. Rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. There is no parking space though, Vehicles are to be parked on the road. Breakfast was average, it was same menu everyday. WiFi was not working. Kichenette was missing. Good hotel but facilities do not match the three star status claimed.... More

    The rooms are too little to stay. Bathroom door was broken. Flash was not working properly. In their menu it was written that the restaurant will be closed at 10 pm, so we reached there exactly on 9.30. they are so impolite and just tell us that the restaurant has already closed and they can't arrange anything. It was raining outside and the place was too quiet and calm. So we need to go outside for food in the rain. Very bad experience. Not recommended.... More

Overview

Located at the heart of the town and tea plantations, this four floors property at MSA Road maintains 24 spacious rooms with balconies. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
