    Staff couldn't find our reservation to start with, not very polite or helpful, poor service in every way, having to wake up staff to be served in the mornings resulting in us going else where. Loud music playing till early hours and roudy guests, drunk people asleep on sun loungers most of the day to resume partying at night. Glad I only stayed 2 nights will not be returning ... More

    This hotel is a medium one. Rooms are not nice at all but are sufficiently clean (considering the Arambol average). It is located in the Center but there is no sea view. One of the worst things is that is the hotel of young Russian people who shout and keep stereos at a high level until 3 o clock and they do not mind if you tell them to lower the volume.     I visited Goa in April 2015 with my cousins and stayed here for 2 days n 1 night. Best things about this resort is its close vicinity to Arambol beach. Rooms in this resort are OK types. Not all rooms have AC and hence you need to ask for this specifically if you are particular. We did not have food here, so have no idea about this. This resort has a good pool & is maintained well.... More

    Goan trips are magnificent for those who know where he is going to. Just don't expect luxurious resort, it is a place for the mind, not for 5 star hotels. We've been in Goa in Dec'2014 -Jan'2015 and stayed in Arambol Plaza beach for 2 weeks. The hotel is located in 10 minutes from the beach in Arambol Centre. Check in is only since 2 p.m. despite of the availability of free the rooms. Don't you think you will have good breakfast? Only cup of coffee and a toast. Rooms has air conditioner and fan, however it is very hot in summer (Nov-Apr). The bathroom is awful, however after some trips within Goa you can say it is good. You will have hot water and a towel. That's all ) In general, the Arambol Plaza is 1-2 star hotel with average level for Goa. There is no car rent nearby, locals and travellers use scooters and motorcycles. We rented a car, but this might be a doubtful experience if you are not a good driver. Average speed on Goan roadsis about 40 kmph. The Arambol is a thorp just like other Goan settlements, however you can feel the Goan spirit only in the North Goa. Southern Goa, in comparison, has better natural resources (beaches, palm trees, birds), but it is for family trip. If you want spiritual adventures - go to Arambol. But book the bungalow near the see, or find one after arrival - it is easy.... More

    when we arrived to arambol, we were seeing some places and found this place better than every one. this place have two different rooms in two side of pool. one are clean and new and the another is really dirty. the staff always want to rent dirty ones first, and you must be certain that the new ones is really hired by others. all of the rooms is not clean and not very well but you can tolerate it. and we saw Beetles in toilet!...   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
