    I think it's my first very poor experience in this hotel till now. Very old hotel and no maintenance properly. Tap not working, no coverd here, door like historical place nd kundi also broken. Room also too much small as not expected. In the bed full of bed bugs. I think doormetory room is better to deluxe room at this hotel. Free wifi also not working.... More

    stayed here with team for 15 days. As we paid in advance we could not move away. We found the bedbug in very first day. They dont clean the room regulary. Our package inclusive of breakfast but never we got that as they said by 9 am they cant make breakfast and we had to go out for work by 9. Please dont stay in this hotel.... More

    Hotel is worth not to stay in. Rooms are small without any ventilation, stinky bathrooms, no lift, bad food only positive about the hotel is very cooperative staff. A big no if you ask me to recommend it to anybody.... More

    Not recommended. There were bugs all over the bed. Very dirty bathroom, traffic noises, loud shouting and chatting in the night. I always book a new hotel for one day only irrespective of my travel days. I was supposed to be in Delhi for two days so I booked this hotel for a night but switched to another hotel after a night.... More

    Had To Visit New Delhi For A Business Meeting. Also Had To Book A Hotel Close To New Delhi Station As Shatabdi Was Expected To Reach By 23:00 Hrs. Hence, Booked This Hotel Through A Reputed Online Portal. Now The Story Begins 1. On The Previous Day Before My Arrival , I Tried To Reach The Hotel Desk Throughout The Day. Nobody Bothered To Pick Up The Call Even 2. Then I Called Their GM's Number Published In Their Website. His Name Is Some Rajput. The Moment I Said It's About Some Reservations Enquiry, He Took No Time To Say (Very Rudely) That "I Am In A Meeting , Take Down Another Number....Bla Bla" ( No Please, No Courtesy Nothing)... And He Never Bothered To Call Back. May Be He's Still Busy In A Meeting After 4 Days (Forget Meeting Us In Person). Being A Hotelier Myself I Seriously Hope People Like Rajput Remains In Anmol Sorts Of Hotels Only As These Sort Of People Don't Fit In Hospitality Sector Even As A Concierge. 3. On Arrival The Guy We Met At Front Desk, Announced Himself As "Management Trainee At Lalit's Mumbai" (His Acts Didn't Justify The Same Though). They Sleep At The Reception At Night (24*7 Front Desk Operation They Say In Their Website) 4. While Settlement, The Same Guy Came Up With A Weird Explanation That They Except Credit Cards Only For Transactions Beyond ₹ 10000/- My Suggestion To Management: Enrol Immediately For NASA's "Mars One Project" For A Successful Hotel Business. Coz On Planet Earth You People Don't Qualify Even For One Criteria For A HOTEL... More

Overview

Anmol Hotel Private Limited is centrally located and close to most of the city attractions like India Gate (4 kms), Jantar Mantar (2 kms) and railway station which is situated less than a kilometer away from the hotel. All the 23 elegantly furnished guestrooms are categorized into Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms. Guests can also enjoy privileges like in-room multi-cuisine menu in the comforts and privacy of the room, which is offered all 24 hrs.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
