    I went in Dec to visit this City and stayed in Anjani Hotel. Its average hotel. Old property and poorly maintained. Also the roof top restaurant in worse simple hotel - very dirty and no maintenance of basic sanity. I would recommend not to eat there. Coming to hotel- its located in congested area but close to Udaipur city palace. All the gullies of this city near palace are congested and very narrow ones. I didnt like the hotel. Room although colorful but was stinking to some extent.... More

    Quiet location, friendly staff, amazing rooftop view

    I'm surprised at recent reviews on this hotel. As a foreign tourist we found it great. It is a little tricky to find, our driver decided not to take the car in there, so we took a tuk tuk- but that's perfect to get away from the main thoroughfare. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable- and the restaurant on the rooftop had the best views and the food was good. We didn't use the lift and chose the stairs- and yes if you're old or unfit this might be an issue, but we were very happy. We would stay here again if we were in Udapuir... More

    Though the heritage property, very poorly maintained

    I stayed at Anjani hotel from 31st to 2nd October with my parents and parents-in-law and 2 kids. When I reviewed this property on TripAdvisor and here at Agoda, from the photos, it looks awesome to me and on top of that, there are about 4 points nearby that's why I choose this hotel for our stay and that is the plus point, unfortunately, that is the only plus point. When I reach the place, I found there isn't any board or sign that would direct you to the property. The hotel has two separate building or section one has the lift and other doesn't. The property having lift was known as Mardana section (Super Deluxe room) and the other property is Janana section which doesn't have the lift (deluxe rooms) which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the Description of the hotel anywhere, not even on the Anajani Hote's very own website. By the way, the photos on the Gallery section of the site seems to be 1 to 2 year old. Since I was on tour with parents, upon request Hotel Managment has provided us two rooms in Super Deluxe section which is the good gesture. However, they should have clearly mentioned that there is no lift in one section of the building. The restaurant is located on top floor, the terrace and served a tasty food but it is not clean, you will feel like a dhaba is much clearer than the hotel's restaurant. The Janana section has rooms which are not well maintained as it has termite every corner. The staff members are really polite but they aren't enough number of people to cater the need and serve you, also, there is an issue of hot water. If you can tolerate the above-mentioned points then this hotel is for you, otherwise, I won't recommend this hotel for stay, especially when you are traveling with elderly and kids.     We booked our stay for 2 nights seeing that there is a swimming pool in the hotel and very near to lake pichola. Property was not very well maintained you can experience it once you step into it. Rooms were also not up to the mark although the staff was cooperative and humble. ... More

    The pool is poorly maintained..no proper circulation or it was not utilized Hot water was not readily available. Have to call reception to ask them to switch it on.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
