    Angels Resorts , we are referring for each our Goa trip..3 -4 times stayed over there.Hotel has Good connect with Calangute beach hardly 7 KM and same distance with Bagah beach. You can go to Dona paula ,vegator beach. Hotel is near to Panaji city nearly 4 km. So location wise this is central location for your places to visit. The hotel has very good free cab service for beaches morning 2 trips and evening 2 trips. Rest of the time you can have trip in very affordable rates. You will get bike on rent on hotel itself no need to go outer for search. The guy who rented scooty is very gentle person and you don't believe good condition likely new scooty in low rate as compare to other vendors. Food quality is good. Free complementary buffet breakfast which feed your hunger as per your wishes. Hotel staff is very polite , responsive and helping nature. Pick up and drop facility to airport in very cheap rate. I can say this is very economical, best ,3 star hotel in Goa you must try once.... More

    beware all!pls check your rooms at angels

    we arrived on 30th april, tuesday,to an uneventful check in.we,as s family, have stayed here before, due to angels proximity to our relatives home at porvorim. it began, with the hotel safe, not unlocked from before, so we couldnt put our safe belongings in the safe, and go out.despite calls to reception, the girl on duty, had not yet sent out help.finally,after visiting reception, the on duty girl, called out for her friend, a male staff, .who was intimidating, and unhelpful. eventually, the safe was opened and we could leave our room. wednesday night, we returned tired, late, so we showered n slept.to discover a shower faucet which would not shut, n dripped all through,noisily. on our request, it was fixed. thirsday night, we returned, late again, and received a bathroom door, creaking of its hinges, so loudly you could hear it outside. this door had been fine when we arrived! on request again, the door was presumably fixed, as we returned on saturday, night.to fall asleep, and discover a squeaky, creaky mattress, on my daughters bed,which had noisy springs in the mattress.this bed too had been fine for Tuesday, wednesday m Thursday n friday. early sunday morning, the room fans, were turned on and off repeatedly from 7am till 10am.the power was fluctuated only in that phase. we are quite bewildered at this turn of events. hope it was not done deliberately, by a disgruntled receptionist n staff at angels resort. we have not encountered any of this in our previous so many stays here. Sunday, today, i hope will be a decent nights sleep.its our last day n night here. beware, any family, or traveller, artiving at Angels resort,of the the rooms here. pks check your room bathroom doors thoroughly at arrival.and be vigilant... Overview

Angels Resort, a 3-star property located in the scenic town of Alto de Porvorim, is in the vicinity of the renowned Calangute Beach. The facilities and amenities are discreetly formulated to give its guests uttermost comfort. With its surroundings exhibiting stunning tropical beauty comprising silvery beaches and lush green landscaped gardens, the resort serves as a perfect place for a tranquil vacation. /n/nOut of the 49 well-appointed rooms in the resort, 12 belong to the Suite class while the rest fall under Standard Room category. In either selection, guests are offered with highly cordial service. Standard Rooms overlook the pool and are fitted with split air-conditioners. The spacious Suites are equipped with facilities like mini-bar, refrigerator, electric geyser and more. The resort features a multi-cuisine restaurant where guests can enjoy a memorable dining experience at an affordable price. Moreover, if guests so desire, they can be served meals in the comfort of their room. To meet the needs of guests pertaining to business and party events, the resort houses sophistically built conference rooms. Other important facets of the resort are ample car parking space, huge swimming pool, indoor games hall and a well-equipped gym.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
