    Pankaj was the absolute perfect host, especially to welcome us into our first destination in India. He was prompt with communication beforehand, organised a driver to meet us at the airport (for a small fee), met us when we arrived late at around 10.30pm and took us to get some snacks, helped us plan how we spent our days, showed us how to get around the neighbourhood and Delhi, dropped us to the markets in his car and gave us endless tips/warnings and interesting chats about Indian people and culture. Soban and other staff were also lovely - offering friendly smiles, making fresh chai for us to enjoy the balcony, filling up drink bottles with filtered water. We really liked the location - nice parks, friendly neighbourhood with people who chatted with us, phone store and shops a short walk away, short Rikshaw to metro stations, etc. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tatvasami to friends and other travellers.     We stayed her for 3 nights - what a positive experience. The host of this property Pankaj and his family are most welcoming and helpful. Pankaj helped to make our Delhi experience truly one to remember. He completely goes out of his way to make your stay in Delhi as easy as possible. He was a mine of information about Delhi and India in general. His home is lovely, in a surburban area of South Delhi which felt very safe at all times. Located close to restaurants and bars which are within walking distance of the homestay - Pankaj kindly walked us there the first night so that we could get out bearings as we arrived quite late in the evening. Our favourite bar/restaurant was Uber Lounge. The homestay was clean and had all the facilities one needs. We highly recommend this homestay and we will definitely stay again when we are next in Delhi. The personal touch is so worth it to enhance your experience and it gave us an excellent start to our India adventure. Thank you Pankaj.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
