    we have booked two rooms via OYO customer care and prepaid the amount.at the check in time Hotel staff refused to check in because they wont accept prepaid booking.they made us to wait to one hour for confirmation.even we called to OYO customer care,but they also not responded properly.once we got the rooms,found that bed sheets were not clean,flush tap was leaking,soaps were not provided,floor was with dust.when we asked for a room change,they did not agree and just changed the bed sheets that too reluctantly. when we asked for hot water,they said that hot water available only from 7 am to 11 am. in the next morning also we did not get a drop of hot water.we had lunch from their rooftop restaurant(an adjustment set up).not a good option at all.In summary ,if you need a hotel,very near to bus stand(5 minutes walk go for this).if you are a very tolerate person ,then this is a best accommodation option. dont take any dish from their rooftop restaurant if you believe in hygiene....     This is very bad hotel.they are showing the picture of hotel, when it was new. This hotel is not for good for family, friends or solo. No clean rooms.No maintenace quality.Really a horrible hotel.Standing front of this hotel was like a nightmare.... More

    It was mentioned that this is 3 star hotel, however when reached there staff told hotel is now converted into godown for sweets shop and offered room in adjesnt hotel amba palace, checked in there but there was no hot water in the hotel and room was very bad, and there was lots of cigarette smoke in the room and toilet was stinking, could not hear it and checked out after 2 hours. It was a loot from hotwire without checking the status of hotel they categorised it into 3 star hotel which does not exist ,instead of hotel you would be shocked to see a warehouse.... More

    My boking was confirmed and i booked 7 days before though trivago website.Suddenly when i was on my way just the day before i was about to reach Udaipur they called me and refused to provide room.I faced lot of troubles.If you are providing low rates and cant able to fulfil then u should atleats inform 1 days before.Worst service, even i called them after reaching Uaipur and they said they cant provide me with higher rates also....     I have visited Udaipur for the first time with family for vacation and our accommodation was arranged in Anand Palace Hotel. This is the worst hotel I has ever visited in my life. Staffs are irresponsible, lift doesn't work, they have given their top floor to some halvaiwala who make sweets whole night and make sound so you can't sleep at night, floor tiles are broken,..... overall the hotel is not under maintenance. They need to improve a lot.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
