    Online booking was done. No hassle while check in at front office. Neat and clean rooms. Car park is limited, still staff helped us for it. Good for short stay. Location is also good. Restaurant down below has now become Pub. It's value for money.... More

    Stayed at this hotel twice, visited here after 8 years. Bed's can be replaced as not very comfortable, but totally agree with critics, afterall you get what you pay for. But overall the hotel has maintained itself and I would deffinetly stay here again.... More

    Absolutely appalling

    I had made a booking through hotels.com to stay one night here. I received a confirmation email stating the room was "guaranteed and paid for" with evidence that the money had left my account. We arrived at 0100 after a very long day, to be met with a receptionist who stated "no rooms available" and waved me away. After I produced my email confirmation, he continued to try to shoo me out of the door and which point I had to raise my voice and eventually he agreed to wake up his boss. Despite being in the tourism industry, his boss has absolutely no interest in helping us, and insisted that the fault was ours for not 'confirming' the booking - despite having received an email which stated booking was confirmed. He then proceeded to blame hotels.com and that I should take this up with them. The receptionist then decided he would 'he\ us by organising another hotel that was "exactly the same standard" as Amigo. I was told I would be paying for this room, despite having already paid money to hotels.com. I spoke to hotels./com then and there, who informed me that the hotel most definitely HAD been informed of the booking, but as there were no rooms available, they would send me a refund. I was then told by the receptionist that I had to pay the taxi fare to the new hotel. Despite it being their fault!! I ended up calling the police, who after realising I could speak hindi and wouldn't be taken a fool of, advised the receptionist to pay the taxi fare to get me out of his hair. Upon arriving at the new hotel, I found out that despite paying the same price, there was NO breakfast included (contrary to what the original receptionist had told me) and that the standard of the room was about 2*. Really unhelpful and unprofessional staff at Amigo hotel, and would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone, however cheap they are.... More

    No parking, poor rooms, strictly average service, Food was below average - i decided to order from outside eventually. Since i had a car and had to stay here for 3 nights while i get possession of my house, this was a stop gap arrangement. There was nothing good or remarkable about this place.... More

    Dirty and expensive

    I wasn't expecting the Four Seasons, but for £60 a night they could have provided clean sheets and pillow cases, instead of just tucking back in the ones slept in by previous guests. Plus points are that its safe, and convenient for Shivaji park. They did sort out complaints quickly. But given the cost of laundry and cleaners in Mumbai, the owners could invest a little money in making this a good hotel, rather than making the minimum possible effort.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
