    The hotel is located at colaba its nearest below 2km to Gateway of India. Hotel outer look is old building. Lift is not available located at 3rd floor. Rooms are good and clean. Wash rooms also good. Kitchen is not available. Only fixed breakfast is available, no choice.... More

    All about the location

    This hotel is definitely all about the location. It's situated at the bottom of the Colaba Causeway and everything to see/do/eat in this end of Mumbai is within walking distance which is great. However the hotel is on the 3rd floor and there's no lift so not convenient if you can't get up stairs. It does have excellent air con which keeps your room so cold and free of flies from the hot Mumbai days. The beds are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, they are rock solid and the food that the hotel orders in wasn't great, for me anyway. The shower didn't really run hot either. It does have sky television though which was also a pro and the staff were as helpful as they could be.... More

    Constant lack of water

    We had problems with water during all our stay which was pretty annoing when you come back after sightseeing and you can't take shower or flush toilet. And even when there is water- current is very poor even to wash yourself. Bathroom is scruffy too. All rooms are on the 3rd floor in a shabby building. Small breakfast is brought to room as there is no other place to serve it. Stuff (2 guys) are nice but totally absent minded. Location is ok, close to India Gate and local shops&bars. Generally clean as for India standard. Should do sth with the water- it is impossible to offer rooms like this. ... More

    The staff are nice, friendly & helpful. The location is great & it's priced very reasonably however...the bed sheets weren't clean when we arrived, only noticed after first night, apart from that the place was clean but that's not really acceptable at all. Staff stayed up talking until 2/3am talking, shouting, banging doors, watching TV, listening to music & smoking just outside our door every night. Asked them to be quiet one night & they kind of quietened down for a short while. Kind of seems like it needs a manager or owner to tell them this is completely unacceptable as all the staff are very young & place seems more like a hangout for them & their friends.     The rooms were clean but the one thing you need when staying in Mumbai is a hot shower, this place has no hot water and no water pressure so we were told we had for use a cold bucket. Not the ideal situation when walking around one of the worlds dirtiest cities.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
