Right from the reception area and customers longue, this hotel has a stamp of heritage with a Royal Carriage of the colonial era nicely kept at the lobby.I stayed at this signature property for two nights and indeed enjoyed my stay.Rooms are cosy with nice ambience and lighting.Beds and upholstory are comfortable.The clkeanlinress and upkeep of the rooms and the corridors are fantastic.The wash rooms are really nice with hot and cold watewr 24*7.Room has electric kettle.The buffet breakfast was very elaborate with both south Indian and continental menu.The filter coffee served was really awesome with its taste and aroma.The restaurant ambience was superb with the view of the pool.It was indeed value for money and given the choice,would like to stay here again.... Very old hotel booked through paytm in booking.com a cheating company

I have booked through Paytm because they showed a cash back of 30% while booking and they showed the price 3059/- per night payment to be made hotel with card details. Paytm people not cash backed the offer. Booking.com people booked the room. After completion of booking it was shown non refundable and GST extra. At the same time I saw in MakeMyTrip and Goibibo Only 2,700/- including GST and everything. Paytm people and booking.com people both were cheated me. Please don't book anybody with booking.com and with card details with anyone. The Hotel is very Bad looking. Rooms are spacious but Amenities are very poor. Even they have not provided plugs also in room. Bathroom is also spacious but with very old taps and very old wall tiles, very very bad. Actually I felt it's old heritage hotel. But is not like that. Rooms were flored with carpet which is very dirty. Even Elevator is also very old model even smaller hotels also not using this type. Bath towels in bathroom also very Bad. Breakfast is also not that much. Overall waste of money. One can avoid this hotel and avoid booking through booking.com. Book with Make my trip Oyo Goibibo Only. Don't book with booking.com. Nice hotel. Conveniently located near by major shopping centers. Initially I was asked to wait for sometime for booking due to unknown reasons. Rest went well. Staff were very polite.
