    We had a room on the 8th floor that gave us a view of the sea and the Brabourne Stadium. Stepping out of the hotel for a stroll on the Marine drive, or Natural's ice cream in the lane right behind, or some fabulous pizza right across the street, one gets amazed at the list of places within walking distance and realizes the value of location. That the staff is very helpful and food in the hotel is so good, are added bonus points.... More

    Not so happy stay in the hotel

    I visited this hotel it in the south mumbai. But the hotel front desk staff is very unfriendly they don't look at your face or say hello.They are rude. The dinning hall is a total mess with very little food and complete disorder between the waiters when requested they tell each other to serve the guest the food is very little and not up to the standard the rooms have very old furniture with no modern amenities all broken chairs the TV doesn't have sufficient channels. The house keeping people shout loudly in the corridor of the rooms and some guest even come out and speak between themselves loudly.The hotel reception treat Indians as well as NRI'S very aggresively. As if they don't care. The lobby is quite good like a museum with very old sofas and chairs, no cafe or anything to order in the lobby. All the hotel staff look at the guest very suspisously. All the time I had to charge my room key card when I went out of the hotel. Disgusting place to stay in Mumbai in this hotel.... More

    Worst hotel you can think of

    Stayed in this hotel this week, The hotel is pathetic. My room was given to someone else and I was "upgraded" to duplex room which looks like a pigeonhole, asked to change the room multiple times and made to wait for 1 hour, eventually had to go to reception and asked them to change which they did after lots of weird faces, The staff is very rude, didn't even bothered to smile when entered the hotel for first time, while checkout asked to send a person for carrying luggage which never came and had to carry luggage myself. This hotel is perfect for shady 2 star hotel. The breakfast buffet is not worth it. better eat vadapav roadside Service => 0 / 5 Location => 4/5 Worth => 1/5 Food => 2.5/5 would not recommend this hotel unless you don't care about rude staff and receoptionist and bad breakfast... More

    Ambassador hotel is the best place to be at if you wish to understand and know the real Mumbai is (town and South Bombay)!! its location is so amazing, Sea Facing, right next to the marine drive, Pizza by the bay, and so many other amazing places. the Hotel in itself is nothing less than a heritage property and a legend for its revolving restaurant (which isn't working as of now), but nevertheless, the status is there. The rooms are nice, staff is great. stay there for its old time value !! and feel theBombay vibe all around you. and yes, most importantly, as a solo woman traveller, i never felt safer. this is the safest place to be at.... Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
