    Booked via OYO! As it was my first booking via OYO, was a bit anxious as I have read a few reviews online about mixups. And as I was traveling with my family had called up the hotel several times. The reception assured me each time. Once I reached the hotel everybody right from the security guard to the management staff were polite and hospitality was good. Rooms were neat and clean food was good. Enjoyed my stay. ... More

    Dilapidated is the best way to describe the hotel. Management images are a far cry that what you actually get with furniture which is falling apart. Looks like a hotel on its last leg before it retires. And retire it should as the shabby interiors with stinky bed linen and noisy staff shouting in the corridors really puts it in the category of negative stars. A sad hotel best avoided folks!... More

    I have stayed here towards end of sept 2016. I room interior is not at all the same as that what is Shown on website or oyo site. So don't we over excited The room AC are actually not that good I have to change my room late in night due to cooking issues and have to sleep by Keeping AC at lowest temperature and fan at full speed still it was very hot in the room. ...     I visited this Hotel in the month of July 2016. The best thing about the Hotel is its location. Located close to 5 minute walking distance from M block market, which is one of the best markets of South Delhi. Rooms of Hotel are small but looking at the factor that its in premier South Delhi area, that can not be called a disadvantage. Food is expensive not just in Hotel but also in the nearby market. Thats' a big big disadvantage of staying in GK 1. If someone is staying for long duration, that will be a big hole in the pocket. Staff of Hotel is nice though their service is not upto the mark, You will have to repeatedly remind them to get the work done. The Hotel should improve upon this as its a highly competitive market.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
