    I stayed here for 3 night with family in Jr Luxury room. We met Mr Sourav Saxena at the reception who was really cold in his greeting. Didn't seem very happy to see gyuest at the hotel :-) But his responses improved a day later. Was really mesmerized by the architecture of the hotel. Truly authentic and traditional look..Seems to be a new property but really enjoyed the room and the bathroom. Spacious and very clean. No complaints here..Stayed over weekdays so didnt see many people in the hotel which was also good since I generally dont prefer crowded places! Limited bfast buffet option but food was good. They only serve beer at hotel but can arrange wine and other liquor if you want. But i would recommend to get it by yourself from outside shops. There are many. All sight seeing locations are nearby so no hassle on that. They dont provide accomodation to driver but can help arrange one at our own cost. Best part of the hotel was the roof top view. It was really really beautiful and sitting at the rooftop in cold winter was really an awesome experience. They didn't accept card at the check-out which was surprising. Had to finally convince him to accept as nobody carries cash these days anyways. This was the only setback of our overall nice stay. Plus was talking about additional 18% GST tax on card which was totally incorrect. Eventually agreed on the REAL 5% GST as per Govt norms. Please get these things cleared upfront.     Trip advisor has such amazing reviews, we went ahead and booked the room through MakeMyTrip! But the room allotted to us - 101 was pathetic! There was no privacy - a window next to the bed was less than a foot away from the next building!When complained - the staff told us- no one stays maybe some lady visits occasionally! We were expected to draw the curtains through the day without allowing any natural light to come in. The room is right above the reception - so constant traffic noise! Even though we booked atleast a month in advance but we were still allotted the worst possible room. We even checked in by 12:30 pm, but It wouldn't matter since they had already allotted the rooms. My guess being - MakeMyTrip offered us a good rate ( low rate as per hotel standard) we stayed for two nights and completely average service- no hot water in 14 deg, any tandoor item ordered would take 1:30 mins to come, breakfast is below average! Location is just about okay!! Totally avoidable! ... More

    Even though the rooms are well maintained and very clean, this hotel is one of the worst we ever visited in terms of services...worst food....and even worst breakfast...not recommended at all...don't go by the paid reviews please!!... More

    We happened to stay for 03 nights in Jr Suite in the month of Dec 2017. The Suite was a large comfortable room with extremely comfortable bed. The attached bathroom was big with a raised separation for bath area with a glass partition, Appreciate the thoughtfully sloped flooring in the bath area, thus restricting the water spill. The property is maintained spick and span. The food at the restaurant was good. The view from the rooftop is breath taking. It is located in a peaceful locality but quite close to lake area and market.... More

Overview

This traditional haveli mansion near to the famous Oberoi Udai Vilas is enhanced with modern style and luxury. There are 10 deluxe rooms maintained with antique decor. A multi-cuisine fare is served at the in-house restaurant, which is well-appointed with comfortable furniture. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
