    I had stayed here on 19th April,2016. The management was friendly. However, they can do better, when amenities and cleanliness is concerned. It was pretty shocking actually. Rooms are very small, shoddy, linens were extremely unclean, minibars were dirty, washrooms are plainly unfit for use. The washrooms were horrifying actually, there was some problem or the other. Amenities are poor and outdated. Only TVs and ACs function well. Food selection is limited. Our wifi wasn't connecting. I don't know what the problem was. We were extremely frustrated and depressed with the quality of rooms. I'd not recommend this hotel because you can find hotels with better infrastructure and amenities for the same price.... More

    Services are extremely bad. Dirty wash rooms and the most indecent staff. Please stay away from this place. I had a booking for 2 days but left in a few hours(yes it was that bad). The in-courteous staff was so rude(specially the manager). Also he had given the same room to two parties to earn double.... More

    Extremely frustrated

    I have stayed here for 2 nights, this was the worst ever experience i had faced in my life. I have booked through oyo, whilst i did the check in i have made the full payment, whilst check out the reception said i had to pay 3000 bugs extra. I had to wait for 2 hrs to sort out this as this was some technical error. For 2 bottles of water and 3 packs of biscuits worth of 10rs each they have billed it 700rupees. I was appalled to see the extremely rude attitude of the receptionist. Guys please don't ever think of this hotel.... More

    Stayed here on 2nd Oct room 204... booked through Oyo rooms (approx. 2600 per day) the rooms are nothing like the picture suggest.. Dirty sheets.. the bathroom is terrible.. the walls are literally crumbling.. No hot water, the AC is noisy, no wifi, the staff is least interested is assisting you.. they have an attitude issue. We were not provided any breakfast, were told that there is no restaurant and had to order in the room; service is way too slow so we decided to skip it. We were over billed for the lunch we had ordered. The guy at the reception has a huge attitude. Food is too pricy and terrible. The doors tremble when any other neighboring room is opened or closed. I didn’t feel safe staying here… Overall terrible experience. Skip this place if you want to save yourself from the pain.... More

    The AC is noisy and they told me this the norm. They also tell me that previous guest stayed for 7 days. Poor chap, how could he sleep. WiFi is not working & The cable TV is not working. Rest to be found out. 3nights to go.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
