Amanzi is tucked away in in the middle of lovely mountains and a lake. its a very pretty place with gorgeous rooms and view. we stayed in the suite and it was lovely to be secluded from the rest. the resort is nice and quiet, super clean and the staff is very pleasant. its a lovely 2 day get away from the busy and noisy city life. food is also good, its a buffet with good variety for all kinds. we went in december and the weather was nice and pleasant. want to visit them again in the monsoons.
Amanzi Resort - a serene & tranquil experience

We stayed at the Amanzi Resort for a couple of days and had an enjoyable experience. The reservation experience and the pro-active assistance with driving instructions to the resort provided via email and Whatsapp messenger was done very professionally.
The resort has a lovely view of Pavana lake. The resort is very aesthetically designed...our room had a garden view and there was a balcony for us to sit out and enjoy the surroundings.
The furniture in the resort is elegant and lends a classic touch. The central lounge area provides a convenient sitting area to enjoy the lake view. There are a couple of well scaped gardens that provide a good view of the sun setting in the evening.
The meals provided had a lot of choices and was tasty, we would make a special mention of breakfast for the variety of North and South Indian dishes.
The resort has a spa that we used for a relaxing head and foot massage.
The service is excellent. They are very attentive and helpful. We eat light dinners and when they noticed it, they served us a plate of delicious fruit...very thoughtful!!
There was a lovely gesture by the resort management in having an anniversary cake in our room...wonderful surprise!!
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Overall a very good experience. We stayed for two nights. Had booked Deluxe villa which had an awesome overlook of pawana lake. The entire property is superb. Rooms were spacious. Finger licking food. The staff was very kind and helpful. Room service was excellent. Definitely advisable for a weekend getaway for relaxation.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel property and the room were great. We stayed in the Luxury suite which has its own indoor pool (small). Rooms were big enough to accommodate three adults. Restrooms were big and clean. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The views were great and good activities to do nearby at Pawana Lake (which we didn't go) and Tikona Fort (which we did go). The real plus point was the service provided by the staff. The food was excellent and plenty and the staff was eager to serve. The front desk staff was also very helpful.
Terrible - avoid at all costs!

Amanzi boutique Resort is everything but what a boutique stands for. We stayed in their celebrated "Cocoon" room. The air conditioning disturbs the ecological balance. The food is average with the lunch being the best. The breakfast is really bad - one can miss the breakfast for a couple of hours of extra sleep. The high-tea is disturbing - they give you tea with the toast you get at a supermarket. The serving staff at the food arena was very nice. However, I found the lady at the reception to be arrogant. The pool is really bad! They do not have changing rooms to the pool. So one has to use the common toilets in the area. The toilets stink with pee all over the place. Then they do not have floaters like noodles. So if you are an adult and prefer going in the pool only with a float for safety reasons be prepared to use children floaters. They have bar stools in the pool, and we asked them if we can get our high tea there, and they said no.
I think the spa service was the only good thing of the place.
For INR20000, Amanzi is not worth it! I have been to many luxury resorts around Mumbai. If you want to spend that amount, please go to Atmantan Wellness Resort, Forest Hills, to name a few!
