    Nice hotel near Shimla Mall

    Alpine Heritage Residency Inn is a good hotel situated at Tailand, Cart Road around one km away from the Mall area of Shimla. It was once a bungalow belonging to an Englishman has now been renovated to a hotel. Despite of being near heart of the city, it is situated at a very peaceful and calm area. Hotel manager G.S Rana and Assitant Manager Mr Aditya Chauhan are very nice person, always helpful. This hotel has 19 rooms for guests, many of them are valley view. As it is a small property so even when it is fully occupied, then also seems not so crowded. Service is fine and suitable for family stay. The only limitation is there is scarcity of parking place in the hotel.... More

    We stayed at the hotel for just a day. Finding the hotel was an issue as it seemed not many people were aware of the hotel. There is a very narrow road that leads to the hotel and parking is a huge problem. The view from the hotel rooms is great with greenery all around. The best thing is the hotel is away from the commercial center of shimla and thus very peaceful. The service wad good but the rooms need an upgrade. The hotel staff was wel behaved.     Hotel location wise is very good, just beside the road, the amenities they provide is to be upgraded as per the market standards. Mainly the food varieties in the menu is not much, may be the tourists would not prefer much to eat in the hotel as they will visit the mall road. other than this the rooms are a bit small. other room and bathrooom eminities should be provided more. like rooms are not modern or any moderninsed fittings are not present. etc/....     It is one of the fine hotels I stayed with excellent viewpoint and comfortable ambiance of the hotel. This hotel is little away from mallroad but does not matter. Food is good and service is excellent. I certainly recommend you to stay in this hotel if you are visiting Shimla. But, you have to check rates, as they may change as per seasons. Sometimes, you can get good deals from OYO even though hotel rates are high.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
