I have been visiting New Delhi since 3 years now it will be a year since I last visited on oct 2018. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly there. Food is also great but I was disappointed as there was not present a sea foods. I loved a Nepalese guy who works in bar he friendly and helpful . I also remember the guys from the reception they are very friendly there. I was surprised to see the owner of hotel checking out the bar and the food the chef prepares there. Clean and well appointed, but needs improvements

The place is well located and the staff is friendly and mostly helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
My main complaint is with a almost unusable WiFi network which drops your connection every few minutes when it is available at all. For a hotel that caters in part to business travelers (especially) this is a great inconvenience. Of course the duty staff can do little to fix this - management will need to bring in qualified technical people to fix this very annoying and inconvenient problem.... More
Nice stay but a bit pricy

The hotel is located in New Delhi, Greater Kailash. We booked this hotel as it was close to our friend’s place who was getting married.
The area is quite nice but a bit far from the main attractions of Delhi, so take into account traffic when planning your day trips.
The rooms offer all comforts although they would need to be renovated. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. However, we had a problem with hot water as most of the times it was tiepida. Also, the hotel does not offer hairdryer in the rooms and you need to ask it at the reception. I needed it two times and it was always in other rooms so it was a bit of a problem.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, reception is open 24/24 and the security guards are always present.

Visited here on a business meet. the hotel has all aminities. The room service is on time. The neatness is also up to the mark. The food service is also great. Since it is a business meet couldnt enjoy all the facilities. But had a great time there. Finally Recommended to check in!!... More
