They will keep booking rooms at higher price and if rooms remains vacant then your booking will be confirmed otherwise you will come to know that your booking has been cancelled(confirmed booking) at the time of check in....     This is a three star hotel in Lajpat Nagar area. The staff is friendly, and very accomodating. We stayed 3 days, and got a wealth of information from the front desk. Staff helped with the tuning of the TV in our room, and setting up wifi on phones. The rooms were clean, bedding can use some whitener and an Iron. I asked the staff 4 times to please wash the floor in the bedroom as everytime I took off my shoes, I had a lot of dust on my feet. The hotel has a basic Indian breakfast, but you can ask for fried eggs etc. I have not seen any meats at breakfast. The hotel is situated walking distance from Dunkin Dounuts and quite a few Dominoes Pizza shops. We asked for pizza delivery, and was delivered to our room.... More

    We had family guests for 4N/5D at the hotel and everyone was pretty happy with the service and maintainance . The rooms were albeit small but overall pretty happy . Except the manager at the reception - a grumpy guy who was behaving as if he is doing a favour by giving the rooms( very strange behaviour) . He is not only rude , but also doesn't have basic hospitality manners - sits and speaks when guests are standing at reception , shows no respect by his tonality of conversation , throws attitude as if he owns the place . That was the only rough spot which of the hotel owners can take cognisance can elevate the service levels . Overall everything was good and superb value for money - right from food to service to rooms cleaning etc . ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
