    What a joke. I showed up here after a flight and 1 hour on a local bus from Kolkata Int'l airport only to find out THEY DO NOT ACCEPT FOREIGNERS. So immediately the guy behind the counter starts saying, "you didn't read the fine print." and I cut him off right there. I've played this game before with Oyo in Hyderabad and I wasn't about to let this guy try and blame me for his hotels mistake. I'll be keeping an eye out to make sure this hotel adds their ridiculous policy to the website I booked off of to prevent this from happening again to other foreigners. Furthermore, this is somewhat of a scam going on as this has happened to me TWICE and both times the hotels refused refund until I contacted OYO on twitter. They "graciously" gave me a 95% refund. What a scam. Hotel reception is in an undergroung leaking parking garage that is in a slummy neighbourhood. Avoid.... More

    Starting with the location... it is rightly located on the Google map. So can be accessed easily. Plus is near KALIGHAT METRO which makes travel more easy as v have autos..Yes the hotel has slums around but tht shouldn't b a problem as it's safe within.. then the rooms according to the tariff given was OKAY including all the facilities promised in place... the washroom needed abit of repair.. adding the hotel doesn't hav their own restaurant which is a draw back.. so u have less choices in breakfast n other meals.. 1 EXTRA mark for the STAFF.. the STAFF is very well behaved n cooperative.. mentioning dis separately was needed... Therefore, go for this hotel if u are getting dis for low rates n duration of stay is short.. not worth paying HIGH TARIFFS..! ... More

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE ONE CAN HAVE NOT ONLY IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY BUT ALL THE SERVICE INDUSTRY

    Would have preferred staying in streets. If I could leave in temples or mosques would have been a luxury compared to living there. Unfortunately, I had already prepaid through Agoda there so didn't have any option to leave the place. You will find my complete review over there but here is a short summary. - The hotel is in a slump. If you would rate the slump then this is the worst kind of slump. - There is no guard in the hotel. Considering the place there should have been at least 10 guards per shift. - They take around an hour to open the gates of the hotel each time as there is no guard there and no calling bell as well! - The food that they give for breakfast is something you will not give to your pets even. -The washroom doesn't have any working door neither has any towels let alone other amenities. - The building seems like it can collapse any time. Forget earthquake, just don’t let anyone jump. - The behavior of the staff is extremely rude. They will make a face so uncooperative that you can hardly ever reach out I can continue writing this but I think you have been fairly warned.... More

Overview

Centrally located near the commercial district of the city at Raja Santosh Road, this budget accommodation is just a km away from Metro Station. It offers 16 comfortable rooms with garden-view. This landscaped space is being utilized as a conference and wedding venue, which has a capacity to hold a gathering of 100 people. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
