    Booked through make my trip for literally four hour freshen up break. In spite paying the amount for full night, my booking was moved to another hotel by owner and manager saying, it's right next to Akash Inn. This said hotel, Akash Park is inside a dirty lane and quite a long walk compared to Akash Inn. I had specifically requested for early check in as i was going to be there for only 4 hours. The owner promised me saying no problem when I had called to get clarity on this subject. The room was NOT ready. The staff at Akash Park was nice and tried to hurry up with the cleaning process. I wouldn't stay here again. I have stayed at far far better places for the same price in many other cities. This was just not worth it. ... More

    Good cozy experience. Though the room was quite small. It was a drop by kind of a stay as I was visiting an exhibition just opposite the place where the hotel is located. A small but clean corridor lead to the rooms. Bathroom was quite oldish, but to mention was at least clean for a quick freshen up as required. Location of the property is ideal for a small stay, even though not even the option of a quick breakfast was available.... More

    Do not stay in this hotel. Room ok, TV doesn't work, nor the A/C. Non existant free Wi-Fi Staff totally uninterested. Personal items in my room were destroyed/vandalised while I was absent. On checking out, despite having a reciept stamped "Paid in full" I was surrounded by aggressive staff who made it clear I would not leave without paying Rs1000.00 on some trumped up surcharge... Never again... More

    We were been booked through Stayzvilla.com at Akash Inn hotel located very close to Chennai Trade Centre in Chennai. As a hotelier, we do not found any basic amenities provided by hotel to the guest in Akash Inn. The staffs are very cooperative & active for the request. But the management is very poor. The room is very pathetic having a size of 6x6 & without a exhaust in washroom which is to be maintained is a standard hotel. The stay was without breakfast despite of paying an amt. of 2100/- per night was at our surprise.Without any option left, we have to stay for 02 nights in this hotel. Staffs are cooperative was only the satisfaction we had in this hotel. Please check all the amenities providing by this, before U book. Simply the hotel is very pathetic. I would request the M.D./Manager of this hotel to improve the same for their sake to improve on this concern as a Hotelier.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
