    Unprofessional attitude of Hotel staff

    I had to catch an early morning flight from Delhi Airport, so booked this hotel. I was on call with hotel staff while I was making the booking. I was given assurances that there are vacant rooms and should go ahead with the booking. I booked 2 rooms and made the payment through Goibibo. I called the hotel 2 hours after booking was confirmed. The person speaking on the phone rudely told me that all the rooms are full and to cancel the booking. I had called the same number exactly 2 hours earlier and the same person had given me assurances about booking rooms at his hotel. Now he was giving me gyan about how online bookings are not foolproof and such things happen regularly. I'm very sure he found a customer over the counter who he charged more than the normal cost. Thereby gave the rooms booked for me to him. Atleast he should have had the courtesy to inform me about the cancellation of booking. At the eleventh hour I had search for hotels because of his carelessness and unethical practice. I ended up paying double the amount for last minute booking. Bad experience at this hotel.     Good hotel for bachelors

    This is a very near to Terminal-3 and they arranged for me pick up and drop also. But while picking up from airport, driver waited for other persons also and dropped them at another hotel. This is not good. when we paid for pick and drop, vehicle should be exclusively for us. Room is okay, good in size, toilet is also okay. When travelling alone, to take short break and snap for few hours near the airport, it is a good choice. No restaurant inside and no lift.... More

    Останавливались в этом отеле, потому что нужно было провести 1 ночь в Дели недалеко от аэропорта. Отель по индийским меркам чистый, находится на относительно спокойной улице. Из плюсов могу также выделить близость к аэропорту Индиры Ганди и наличие wi-fi в номерах, а также невысокую цену. Номера не очень просторные, но и не тесные, из мебели только кровать, стул и прикроватная тумбочка. Постельное белье относительно чистое, но матрасы жесткие, а подушки слишком тонкие, спать было не очень комфортно. В некоторых номерах есть балконы, в остальных окна выходят в крошечный внутренний дворик - вентиляционную шахту. За ночь в отеле трижды надолго отключалось электричество, из-за чего переставали работать вентиляторы и в номерах можно было задохнуться. Персонал необязательный - с вечера договаривались о завтраке на определенное время, чтобы успеть попить кофе и уехать в аэропорт, однако сотрудники об этом забыли и мы уехали в аэропорт голодными. Отель найти не очень просто, он спрятан в переплетении улиц, пришлось пользоваться услугами такси. В целом, отель подходит, если нужно остановиться вблизи аэропорта, но только на одну ночь!... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
