    Very Unprofessional...needs improvement

    We had booked 2 rooms through Goibibo from 17th July till 20th July, rooms allotted to us were 305/306 check -in was smooth but no smile on the face of the staff, dint even bother to wish us on arrival. Room sizes are ok but not maintained atall...cleanlinesswise zero (Especially Bathroom), stains on linen after making the booking on triple occupancy we had to request for towels on every morning. On the day of arrival toilet flush was not working, wash basin pipeline had a leackage bcoz it was connected to some other pipeline so we informed the reception waited for long time but nobody turned up to rectify the issues later while moving out from hotel i went to the reception and reminded once again ...wen we came back to the room toilet flush issue was sorted but leackage issue was not sorted...in d mean time Goibibo asked for a stay review so accordingly i placed all above points in my reviws and the moment hotelier got my reviews our room telecom startd ringing so picked up the call and told the staff that ill come at the reception next day morning n will discuss because my parents were sleeping after telling that my mobile started ring at 11pm if go to see call from hotel itself with regards to same review....is this a way the hotel staff handles guest issues ? From next day onwards guy at the reception started taking revenge on us just because we gave bad feedback on goibibo....that revenge even forced me to write my feedback on tripadvisor also....this shows that the staff doesnt know the meaning of 'H' of Hospitality or he was doing on purpose just because we were Goans... On the day of departure we requested for little late check-out, same staff denied straighaway reason he said because we gave bad feedback on goibibo and he even mentioned to us that he had a sleepless night after getting our review and goibibo was calling him. Bellboy who took our luggage to the room was very helpful... This was our experience in Hotel Good Luck which was our Bad luck.... Requesting management to take appropriate actions.. ... More

    Worst hotel in my fifty years of India travel

    I have travelled in India for over fifty years and have never stumbled upon a hotel as lame as this. By all appearances it looks OK, but below I will state my experience, which wasn’t. I had a 2 AM international flight to catch and wanted to stay near the airport. I arrived at “Good Luck” at 6 AM the previous day, and told them I would stay 16 hours till 10 PM. We agreed on a discounted price of 1500 rupees. I was tired and crashed immediately. Upon awakening I realized a key room key was not left with me, and called the front desk to have one brought up. They claimed the last guest had taken it. I requested a new room and they showed me one with no windows or proper facilities, so I kept the keyless room, which meant carrying heavy bags with me when I went to lunch. When I finally went to leave for the airport, they offered a car which I accepted and then asked me to pay 1500 rupees. When I said that I had already paid, they demanded I pay again. I refused and the desk manager ordered my bags locked in another room. With a flight to catch, I had no choice but to pay up. I got a car from the adjacent hotel, and left. I never received a receipt for either payment.... More

    I booked hotel through cleartrip. for 28 to 30 july had paid GST online and its showing in bill. Still hotel asked me during checkin also pay gst and during check out also. Sincei had taken print out they could not cheat me on that. I had ordered 1 plate of plain rice and 1 dhal on 28th July Night. 30th morning, while billing, they charged 1plate for 120 Rs and one small cup of dhal at Rs 160 which is very expensive. Even rajma cost is 120 rupees with rice. I argued, but they are not ready to listen, they jus want to cheat. THey put in Bill water bottle, 30 rupees, but i never got water bottle in room not even normal water bottle was placed in room. Tv was not working, room was not clean. i asked 2 days am staying, give room with TV in working condition but they did not listen. AC was not cool, and no remote for AC or TV. If you are staying as bachelor, can adjust in such conditions if no other options. If family people booked, they can not adjust such things. And worst thing is their cheating nature. Please do not go to this HOTEL. My bill total after i came home was 560 rupees, but he took 600 rupees and not accepting card also. he says sir go to airport take cash, for now dont give card, give us cash only.   5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.
