    I stayed at Adamo for a week. First, my tour operator booked me a “Regent” room which turned out to be awful! And the hotel doesn’t show the photos of these “Regent” rooms. Then I was moved to “Regency” room for an additional pay of $40 per day. This “Regency” room looked more like in photos, it was decent. Room service not so good, I tried to order food from Hotel restaurant and they didn’t react. Overall this hotel’s staff was friendly. Too many Russians stay in this hotel. Also, it’s India, so just be prepared for bad service in general and very intrusive people with bad manners. Some waiters kept on flirting with me and staring at me while I was having my breakfast!!! Breakfast was actually nice but I couldn’t enjoy with them staring at me as if they saw a pretty white woman for the first time in their lives... Otherwise the Hotel area was nice and clean, looked better than other hotels I saw in Calangute and Baga. They were also organizing evenings with very loud music but with free Indian alcohol. If you ask me would I stay at this hotel again? I just would not go back to Goa again. ... More

    Great Experience! Would definitely visit again!

    A friend of mine had previously been to this hotel and I went on his recommendation.We went there as group of 4 friends. Our goals were eating at beach shacks, go clubbing at night and relax at the hotel sometime during the day. Here are my findings: Location: This place was pretty central; to the shacks, clubs and the local city center. It was easy to find cabs and negotiate with them as Adamo was near a busy area. Room & Rates: The rooms were a pretty good size considering the low room rates. The quality of the rooms were also up to the mark. Cleanliness: Rooms were very clean and daily housekeeping was efficient. Staff: The staff was friendly and prompt; surprised by how quick the room service was. The Hotel: It has a big pool covering the center of the hotel; good to lazily float with other people doing the same. Even though in the city, it is peaceful as the pool is surrounded by the rooms. Conclusion: I really had no complaint with the hotel and ended up having a good experience. Would definitely stay there again if I go to Goa.... More

    nicely located on calangute beach ,Goa, walkable distance from beach but far enough from the racus and noise. pros .. excellent location, medium size, friendly service, near to local market and car rentals,good security, clean swimming pool and beautiful bar and restaurant. breakfast needs special mention, high point of my stay.Mr Tanmoy Mandal ,manager restaurant was soft, well mannered and had good local knowledge cons.. missed gym...strangely no fitness center, cocktails priced at slightly higher side which was not a big issue, overall decent property, will be there again for sure.......     Hotel is beautifully located next to Calangute Beach. They have nice ambience with awesome food quality. Staff is really very cooperative. I would suggest you to have a stay once for sure if you visit GOAAAAA.... More

    Been there in 11 November 2017 with couple of other doctor friends.. hotel is decent not up to 4 star rated but well maintained property..food is good but will get bored in two days.. routine.. Before going to goa I have read number of reviews that hotel staff will be indifferent to indians but I did not believe..but that's true I believe now..some of the restaurant staff particularly a lady was very rude when my cutlery fell down n i did not pick up..she rudely said why I am not informing them when it fell down??..but at the same time she is happily n cheerfully smiling at Russian guests.. Then I realised may b bcoz of their tips Secondly food in ala carte is expensive...they put 100rs +GST 18%+SERVICE CHARGE on a small bowl of curd which is served loose.. They are looting beware...better eat outside as u have lots of restaurants around from non veg n veg...... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
