Disastrous service and maintenance

Great location and pricing, good beds and size of rooms . If only everything inside the rooms functioned!
I checked in and left on personal business at 1 pm. Returned at midnight and entered a room that was not cooling. The remote had no cells and when they did replace the cells the cable wouldn’t work. The light switch to a bathroom light wouldn’t switch off so they removed the bulb! All this took 1.5 hours. They showed me another room and I went to check it out. Hot and muggy with dirty pile of towels lying on the sofa! I preferred to stay in my warm
Room! I asked them to shift me next day at 11 am, asking them to make sure they checked the room! They promised they would. Again I return at midnight to find the cable not working! And the phone line unclear.
Day three I ask them again in the morning to check tv and also to ensure the second room I have booked formthat day is in full working condition. I check in the second room at 5 pm and find the room not cooling and a pile of used utensils opposite the door.
I give up and find my tv is still not working. Call maintenance and they come waste another half hour and do nothing to improve the tv so o say please leave and stop wasting my time.
This has been traumatic.

Transportation facility is good and food is good .find it worth. There is free WiFi and good accomodation .staff is friendly and service also good.
It's near to place like visa consulate and other offices

Front office executive namita given a warm welcome to us.... bellboy ganesan , Duty manager Mr. Lawrence , venkatesh, and all other front office supported alot... thanku all... had a great time in hotel abu sarovar....thankuuuuu

Excellent stay staff's services is good especially front office service is excellent. Convinient room to enjoy the stay. Food tasted quite good. Location of the property is more comfortable. All transportation services available.

Hotel need to identify to guest what they like to staying in rooms all guests not like to stay general rooms.i am the new comer they can explain about rooms.room service person's with out my permissions he took my balance tea in flasks after serving i feel add more tea not possible to have.i gave important to privacy stay.
