    The best little guest house in Panjim

    This quaint little guest house in the heart of Panjim had just about everything that I could have asked for - a clean room and bathroom, a large and comfortable bed, proximity to where I needed to be and a decent breakfast. The place itself had the idyllic atmosphere of an old Goan house, complete with its well preserved wooden furniture and high ceilings. And it’s surroundings were peppered with an amazing variety of bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. But what elevated the quality of my stay here was the hospitality of my hosts Roy and Sharon. They were both incredibly welcoming and knowledgable and a delight to converse with and Roy also went out of his way to help me out with a difficult situation. I may have only stayed for one night, but I would have gladly stayed longer! ... More

    This is such a quaint little house! We had such a nice time staying here and the staff is very friendly and obliging. We were a group of 6 with a 3 year old kid and we all had a comfortable stay at Hospedaria. The house itself is an antique, Portuguese heritage and a rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.     A wonderful simple and friendly guesthouse in the middle of town

    We stayed for two nights in April 2019 and we loved it. The house is old and very cosy, right in the middle of the old town. Everything is walking distance. The rooms are spacious, simple and spotlessly clean, same for the bathrooms. We had breakfast in the small garden which was also very nice. We visited with the family (four young children) and felt very much at home. The hosts were super nice and helpful, happy to share (good!!) recommendations for restaurants, cafes, activities, local specialties - whatever. We very much enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!... More

Abrigo De Botelho is located 1 km away from Panjim and 0.5 km Patto Footbridge Bus Stand. This hotel offers free Wi-Fi access and breakfast service within the premises.A total of 8 air-conditioned rooms, set on 2 floors are available for accommodation. Conveniences such as television, tea/coffee maker, mini-bar, and attached bathroom with hot/cold running water facility and toiletries are offered within the rooms. Note: Guest must carry either of valid photo id proofs (Passport+Visa / Driving Licence / Aadhar card).

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 09 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
