    Though from the face of reception & huge parking area & modern looking rooms hotel seemed good but was average in terms of services & breakfast spread .There were flies in the room & housekeeping standard was not top notch.One can look to stay here as it is situated in a good location with a very good market nearby & is light on pocket. Property is undoubtedly good but the management needs to improve to enhance customer experience.... More

    I stayed there for 4 days to attend my company's training programme. I booked via Agoda and got a good price there. I was impressed by rooms as those were spacious and clean and have modern look. 1st day of stay was awesome. Awesome food and service and staff was courteous. Wifi was working fine. Real picture came on 2nd day, when i went to restaurant for buffet breakfast, it was pathetic with only 2 dishes one poha nd other aloo bhaji with parontha. But some how I managed it on 1st day as I dont have enough time as I have to attend training. But situation worsened when same menu was repeated for next 3 days i.e Poha and aloo bhaji in spite of asking them to change the menu and taste was pathetic. I had my breakfast from roadside vendor as I couldn,t eat it. On 3rd and 4th day i.e today subscription of t.v channels expired and on asking them to renew it , they only replied smiling that they are working on it and it will take 1-2 days more. WTF . To add more to my sorrow wifi stopped working after 1st day and the reason given to me that hotel is under renovation , so couldnt give wifi in tooms and u have to come to lobby to use wifi.. Today there was no hot water in shower so i have to take bath using cold water.. As expected their excuse was it is because of renovation.. I am checking out tomorrow 11th march and and as u can see from my review how helpless I am . No wifi, no tv . Dont know hot water will come tomorrow or not. I have nothing to do here . So I am giving this review . If management is reading this message, please do something about these points .... More

    Poor service at front office. Not a single person give any solution. Also after check out they are consuming more than 1hrs to prepare the bills. Behaviour of staffs who were present at front office is very poor.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
