Wedding at Aarya Grand

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The resort is nicely built but very poorly maintained. The cupboard and closets were dirty with dust all over. The linen provided by them was also very poor. It was quite strange when we came to know they had a single boiler for the whole complex for hot water, to get hot water in your bathroom you have to keep the water running for 15 mins and then hot water comes, what a waste of water. The boiler was of less capacity and at peak times you just have to wait for the hot water. And strangely they use to switch it on only in the morning and evening so you don't get 24X7 hot water. The food quality was average. They are actually more into group bookings so they don't care in providing a quality in hospitality which would be expected from a 4 star resort. The lock on the main door was quite tricky as there are chances you might leave your room open if not checked properly.

First of all my room was upgraded to suit room that was great room are very spacious vary clean and neat hotel food is little expensive but quality was good pool was clean but amenties in the resort are less... ambience wasmind blowing very great cafe and nice restaurant near pool satff was very helpful amd co operative service was superb surely recomend for outing

Very nice and cosy property, fabulous room provided, it really has a grand look, but mostly under upgradation and renovation. The pool side area is beautiful and a gr8 time pass. Only thing lagging was breakfast, the food provided was good but variety was missing. Staff are very attentive and warm. 👍🏻👍🏻

Very convenient & centrally located. Best part of this property I always like is spacious, comfortable & neat clean rooms with clean linen. Affordable prices, it's best value for money. Staff member were polite and ready for help, enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Swimming Pool side café is awesome. Overall I enjoyed my stay & will be back again.
Service needs to improve

On arrival at the property, the first impression is great, considering the lovely facade. The main building and its (new) annexe building, its pool area, and the rooms in the new building have been decorated in good earnest. But it is the poor service which is very annoying. The management does not seem to put enough effort in the day-to-day managing of the hotel. Also, adding to our woes, the AC was malfunctioning month (it was 42 degrees outside)
Overall as a stopover visit, the hotel is fine, but if you are looking for good service, that bit is missing here.
