    We had gone through a package tour and due to regular stay hotel was not available, this was the next choice. This is near to Airport and Railway Station, also just 500 mtrs from the Sabarmati River. The Bed and AC was comfortable. Some rooms are a bit congested, like in one bathroom, when the door is opened, right in front there is a toilet and to close the door it was task. For OLD AGED who cannot climb steps, please scratch this hotel from your search list. Rooms are located on 2nd floor and 3rd floor. There is access to 3rd floor by lift, but the hotel staff switch-off the lift to 3rd floor (old design lift, grill gate and a door). When asked, they say that the customers dont close the door correctly hence the lift wont work. Now the door is Hydraulic, why would a customer close the door manually. There is some problem in closing the door by itself, and the hotel staff should maintain the lift rather than putting the blame on the customers, stating the customers dont close the door correcting, Insane :-) :-) :-). Getting Hot Water in the Bathroom is a huge task. The boiler placed at the terrace is small and can cater to only few people who take bath early, (first com first serve). We got to know about the size of boiler from the Room Boys. The front office never told this and promised hot was would come, but for that we need to keep the water flowing from tap for 5 mins or so. (Water wastage and false promises) Room No. 212 does not lock. This is not a problem, but this means that the maintenance is not done proper. Some customers got hot water after the room boys brought hot water in Buckets!!! We stayed there for 4 nights 6 Dec, 11 Dec, 12 Dec & 13 Dec and on the last day we were give token of thank you, Sonpapadi packets to all 21 Families. The old Indian saying goes, Marketing and selling a product is easier than to maintain the product or give the same service as expected. The Quality Policy or the Statement "At Hotel Aaram, our focus is to provide you with Gold class Experience and build relations and strong bonds that last.     I check-in on 17th July and stayed till 18th July ,a room allotted was very clean. Bathroom was with all amenities. The staff are decent ,helpful; and ready to assist attitude. Room Service was prompt and food was tasty.... More

    The hotel is in the Hitex building.a lovely 2* hotel with 4* quality.the river is nearby.A lovely clean city also.staff and manager was very helpful.Each room has a different design .clean and nice.Breakfast is upstairs- lovely buffet.The hotel has WiFi so we could Skype home.The manager helped us to connect with it to my phone. Everything about the hotel was nice.I hope to stay there again in November.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
