Stayed in Aamantran for 2 days in third week of June 2017. My stay was very comfortable with very good room service and very palatable home cooked breakfast. It was indeed very enjoyable to sip a cup of tea in the balcony overlooking the awesome view of green valley. It was a pleasure to meet Mr.Vipul , who manages this resort in a professional way along with his family.

I along with my wife & 2 children spent a night. We r warmly welcomed by the owner with a glass of drinks. The views were spectacular. It was afternoon, even though Mr Vipul, the owner made sumptuous noodles & sandwiches for us. The rooms, linen were neat & clean. The warmth & hospitality of the owner will definitely force everyone to visit this place again & again. I left my mobile charger bank which he took all the pain to send me at Delhi. Only two suggestions....Strong wifi and more sign boards....This home stay will rock
Lovely hosts, amazing views!

My partner and I stayed at Aamantran Stays for four nights during May 2017 and we couldn't have wished for a better stay.
Vipul and his parents welcomed us wholeheartedly with open arms. They are such lovely people.
We enjoyed a meal each evening cooked by Vipul's mother and it was filling and very tasty and very much needed after our strolls around Shimla during the daytime.
Vipul is a wonderful host and could literally not do enough for us. He helped organise onward travel plans, answered all our questions, chatted with us as he brought us a cooked breakfast in the mornings and even lent us an umbrella for our rainy day in Shogi.
We booked the terrace room on the top floor and it provided us with amazing views of the mountains. The terrace is large with table and chairs provided.
The room with attached bathroom was spacious, clean and maintained to a high standard and also the bed was very comfortable with duvets and blankets. Our room had a window which directly faced out towards the mountains and waking up to that view was one of the highlights of our trip.
To reach the lovely town of Shimla, we walked the short but very scenic route down the hill to Shogi where we caught the bus which made its way along the mountain roads, passing villages. I loved this journey as there was always so much to see and again, the views of the mountains were simply spectacular.
To highlight again the warmth and generosity of Vipul, one evening we arrived back in Shogi a little late and got caught in the dark along the route back to our room. We phoned Vipul who immediately came out to meet us and accompany us back to the house.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Aamantran Stays and I highly recommend this place for anyone thinking of travelling to this area. You simply can't beat the views, the peace and quiet, the clean rooms and the warmth of the hosts.
The only place where the home is....

We felt very homely at the place, all you will get for eating is totally home made, so healthy.
The best part is the view from terrace is very good. Homestay is very good. The homestay is in the plum garden. If you visit in end of june or starting of july, you can taste absolutely fresh plum.
