    HI Everyone, This bhupinder from hyderabad, cheating done to me from zo rooms has forced me to write my review here .so that i can people aware before they book zo rooms in any location . I have booked my room for goa on oct month for the month of dec. I paid all money in advance. Just before a week they canceled the room . This was very pathetic ,at last week when i need to travel , they canceled and they didnt even provide any alternate hotel. Worst ever experience. So request all you guys to be aware of this Will never book room from Zo rooms in near future will let all my frds know abt this.... More

    Visited this place 2nd time in a year. Last year there was a gentleman Amit Sharma (I think) who was the manager at front office who made the stay and facilities excellent. This time since he was out of station, even though we could not get the same level of service, we got decent service.... More

    Room that was given to us was very dirty. There were oil marks on pillow, they changed the bedsheets blankets and pillows only after we asked them to do...cushions were smelling like anything that we asked them to totally remove them from room. Staff was all weird,accept the owner who is good. Only good in staying there was it was close to beach n market. Best part is its above a vegetarian restaurant so no issue with food. Hotel's in-house food is real bad.... More

    PATHETIC hotel with the greediest staff.

    i stayed here for one night during my trip with friends and walked out of the place the very next day. They have the rudest staff i have ever seen. We had mentioned that there will be a third friend who might come to visit us and when they came, the receptionist was screaming at us by asking who is this?, who are you? why the hell have you come here? etc.. they wanted money for the third person in the room which we were ok to pay but the way they asked was horrible and abusive.. Moreover for a 2500 rent room they charged 1000 bucks for the third person AND gave no receipt for it. The rooms are big and comfy but you are charged for EVERYTHING including some hot water we asked to drink. drinking Water, toiletries etc was charged horribly.. While walking out the guy at the reception was asking for 1000 bucks again for the third person even though the same was given to him the previous night.. and when you complain to them all they do is give you a sarcastic smirk... since its on the main road, and there is some shops below (the hotel is above some shopping complex), there a lot of disturbance in the room due to poor insulations too all throughout the night... Pathetic, pls do NOT stay here at all.. you will regret it..... More

Overview

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
