    The hotel is situated in center of chennai very near to central and egmore stations all people working here are north indians so they hardly understand local language many guests find it hard to make them understand what they want As i know hindi i was ok with it they have no restaurant but they serve complimentary breakfast by buying food from other hotels Room was ok and yes there is some musquito problem which we are provided with mosquito kill electric bats and liquidators On the whole worth the money paid...     Dreadful Experience

    I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for 10 days and I can confidently say this has been my worst experience till date. The receptionist is indifferent and does not even nod his head when you are coming in or going out. Clearly he has no interest in the job or providing service to the guests. I booked through Agoda and I overheard the staff saying that rooms booked online are not provided with complimentary water. Indeed, we did not get any water bottles and after calling the reception multiple times a staff would come to refill the small jug in the room. Our towels were changed only once in 10 days and even after we instructed the reception to clean our room and left the keys, we came back to see our room untouched. The most frightening thing about the rooms are the mosquitos - it was like living in Amazon rain forest. I spent sleepless nights swatting away trying to kill the mosquitos as the hotel refused to provide anti-mosquito spray. I remember killing over 10 mosquitos every night with my hands. On our third day we went ahead and purchased mosquito spray as the hotel did not even provide us with anti-mosquito bats despite calling the reception and requesting for it repeatedly. The only thing good about the hotel is their breakfast. You get served local South Indian breakfast (same items every morning) by friendly staff and the dining space is clean and the food is alright. The rooms are in quite good condition as the hotel is 8 months old. However, the mosquito menace and complete lack of service from the staff means this hotel should be avoided like the plague. I would have changed the hotel but unfortunately Agoda charged the full payment before I even checked in.... More

    I stayed in this hotel from 21st of June to 22nd June 2017. They have a small parking space which can accommodate about 3 cars. Reception is a complete failure. The receptionist behaves as if he's doing a charity on us. Extremely lame and disinterested individual ever. No coffee and Tea provided in the room. Answers given to customers queries are super rude and blunt. Housekeeping is fair and bathroom size is that of a matchbox. I happened to see the same receptionist in the morning today when i checked out ( 22nd June 2017 ) who was there when i checked in and he did not bother to even provide the final bill upon handing over the keys. If you are looking at a very average and no expectations stay, this is the place but the price you pay for such careless attitude is quite high and not worth,... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 AM and the standard check-out time is 12 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
